Genre

The plot is centred around a 16 year old girl called Jane who is being bullied online because of her love for the same sex. She hasn’t got many friends and is mostly quiet at school. She had also been abused by her father because he classed her as an unwanted mistake.

She had been beaten up nearly every day and one day it had become more worse than usual so in the end she ended her life with a drug overdose she thought if she died nobody would care and everyday life will continue for everyone else. The movie will be shown through her point of view and will be shown as a series of flashbacks and what events lead up to her killing herself.

Characters name: Jane Atkins Age:16 Played by Ozifa Begum Role in the movie: she is the main antagonist which ends

her life because of all the bullying and abuse she gets daily and it is shown through her perspective and flashbacks.

My 4th design shows how the character feels about the bullying the one half

shows her crying and around her shows hate

messages and the other shows her phone with

messages telling her to go kill herself. But also it makes the person feel

sympathy for the character because they

might have felt the same way growing up and may

have been bullied because of their sexuality

and can relate to the character and poster.

This was a very early design I did it shows a hand holding a pill bottle which is representing death and the computer

represents the cyber bullying. I decided to mainly use the colors black and grey because it symbolizes the dark

matters that merge inside the film.

My 5th Design:My 5th design I decided

to take a abstract approach, I decided to do

this by splitting the image in half it shows the main character on one side and on the other it shows a pill

bottle and a pill resting on the side of this. What makes this stand out is the basic use of colour and image and that this

poster doesn't have loads of graphics in it the

most simplest ideas could be the most

effective.

My 2nd Idea: this idea was a more artistic approach for me and I liked it. I decided to show the main character in her room looking at her computer and she is thinking about suicide and I showed this by showing dropped drug bottles with pills coming out and I also decided to add question marks because it shows that she is thinking whether or not to die.

Design InfluencesMy 3rd posters design was

influenced by the 2000 movie poster of Requiem of a dream.

I added the title of my film and the

font to make it stand out for the audience I chose

the colour red because it

represents blood but also danger

and a foreshadowing of

the main antagonist

I also changed the colour of the skin of the

hand from white to peach because it

represents hope but also it can represent

death and pain I showed this by

changing the colour of the blood from black to

red.

Instead of putting the credits at the bottom I decided to place my credits on the side because it stands out more with the title and imagery.

However the only difference between my poster and this poster is I haven't added the credits at the bottom but I will add it at the end on Photoshop.

Final Text

I decided to use this text because it stands out beyond the rest due to the blood stains round the text but also the

black background round the text to help it stand out. This can relate to my movie because it can show the effects of

injecting drugs into your arm and around your body. and how injecting fluids inside your body can effect your

veins, And how it could release blood from the body instead of flowing round the body.
