thinking with GK’s in the practice.
Format:
3 Central Blue Players

Key Theme
Players attaint the ball from the server/coach from the side. The Three
central blue players remain the spine of the structure throughout. The
Green defenders try to tackle the blues in possession. Blues can play
red support/outlet players for support. If Greens intercept, they
become the outside support players and Reds must become
defenders.
Aim of session is to encourage trust in players to play in tight areas.
Encourage players to be confident on the ball. Speed of transition and
intensity of defenders/attacking play.
