more use for heart, while Managers personality is closer to

Instruments, with more use for mind

willingly loves leaders and chooses to follow due to their charisma and their personality traits.

Whereas managers are usually obeyed due to the formal authority vested in him/her from the company or the organization, so no one never chooses whether to obeys or follows the manager or no, because it comes with the job's whether we liked it or no.

As a result, people tends more to be loyal towards leaders (which they choose to follow) more than doing that towards managers.

of living, but position and prestige are attractive to some as priority, more than it is to others.

  But for most people though, the ideal job would includes..

might sometimes be implemented.A place that really cares about them only as

human beings.

It certainly very essential for a manager that also be a good leader.

On the Other hand, leaders do a lot better if they have some degree of management skills because it helps them envision the implementation of their strategic vision.

Self-motivated professional groups, will not accept a dominating leader , they might need a leader which had emerge based on specialized skills add to his leading qualities.
