IONOSPHERE and turn it into lightning bolts. The Air Force now has the ability to aim lightning bolts at any target in the world.

The U.S. Senator (I didn’t catch his name) from ALASKA justified the fact that the U.S. Government grants ALASKA about 100 times more money per person per year than they grant to all the other states. The reason: The billions of dollars are for the CRAY computer at the UNIVERSITY OF ALASKA at

Fairbanks. It is being used to tap the electrical energy in the IONOSPHERE.

HAARP in the hands of a benevolent

leader is a tool of immense value to

prevent famine on the earth, and

therefore improve the quality of life. It

is as important as the discovery of

penicillin. However, in the hands of the

people whose motive is to gain money, it

has the possibility to destroy all life as

we know it. I pray God uses this new

tool of potential healing of the earth by

putting this immense power in the hands

of moral, ethical, principled and God

fearing people.

Abstract: A postulate is advanced

stating that the United States Air

Force has discovered and

demonstrated a way to produce man

made lightning and aim it at any spot

on the earth that they want to destroy.

A BIBLE prophecy demonstrates that

HAARP will eventually be used to

STOP WARS. An interesting

presentation uses the book of Revelation

and its frightening prophecies to show

how HAARP will defeat the Central

Banks (and the International Monitory

Fund) and will eventually eliminate the

evil USURY system from the earth.

A presentation shows that the

willingness to spend massive amounts of

money on HAARP is because HAARP

has already demonstrated its effective

use as a space war weapon.

Using well defined deductive and

inductive logic (objective and subjective

thinking), this paper postulates a

scenario that HAARP has already been

used to short (shunt) the massive natural

electric current in the ionosphere, then

superimpose the current on natural Red

Sprites and Blue Jets, and direct it as a

massive lightning storm at selected

targets on the earth.

The author has personally visited

HAARP and talked directly with the

HAARP scientists face to face. He held

critical HAARP parts in his hands for

examination. He is an acknowledged

electronics industry leader and a rocket

engineer with 30 years of radio

engineering experience which helps to

solve HAARP questions. He also has

been a professional Bible teacher for the

last 30 years, with some overlap.

Another postulate demonstrates that the

United States Air Force has already

used HAARP to defeat RUSSIA and

eliminate Communism.

A lengthy historical outline is presented

to identify the timing of the “window of

HAARP LIGHTNING

opportunity” wherein HAARP lightning

bolts were used to force RUSSIA to

capitulate to our demands.

This paper supports concerns and

highlights features that indicate unsafe

conditions and unsafe HAARP

operations.

Lastly, science and theology are

refreshingly integrated in this view of

HAARP.

A copious index makes the study of this

report relatively easy.

In the text, postulates are presented in

italics in order to facilitate their

identification.

SALUTATION To my friends who believe that our GOD

is in control, and everything is happening

according to a great plan that was

developed more than 6000 years ago and

was delivered, in parts, and at different

times, to many different prophets of

GOD.

INTRODUCTION "He has loosed the fateful LIGHTNING

of his terrible swift sword." Most people

will recognize the first stanza of Julia

Ward Howe's BATTLE HYMN OF THE

REPUBLIC. It's rather prophetic.

LIGHTNING After listening to the lectures the United

States Air Force (acronym U.S.A.F.)

representatives gave in Alaska, I decided

that there is evidence that a U.S.A.F.

program called HAARP has developed a

way to bring lightning bolts down from

the sky upon selected targets on earth.

HAARP is a weapon of war, like no

other.

HAARP

HAARP is an acronym for the High -

frequency Active Auroral Research

Program of the U.S.A.F. It is part of the

Star Wars, also known as the Strategic

Defense Initiative (acronym S.D.I.).

Revelation 13:13, And the false prophet

NEW OMINOUS WEAPON It appears that the United States has

invented a new ominous weapon that

rivals the atomic bomb in strategic

offensive use.

Some covert people in the U.S.A.F.

know a lot about the importance of

HAARP and the way it works. But there

are indications that very few scientists

and application engineers at the

HAARP LIGHTNING

University of Alaska at Fairbanks know

very much about HAARP's war use, yet.

Postulate: The possession and

demonstration of this new weapon by the

U.S. is the real reason that the Union of

Soviet Socialist Republics (acronym

U.S.S.R.) has folded up their government

and kicked out the communists without

openly fighting us. There was a secret

war between the U.S.A.F. and the

U.S.S.R. The U.S.A.F. won. The

communists lost.

OTHER WRITERS

The Popular Mechanics magazine,

February 1997, broke the news to the

general public about the U.S.A.F. control

of the weather and lightning bolts.

Other confirming scientific reports of the

last two years are listed at the end of this

report. This is all very new, and

confirming stories are popping up in

various magazines.

IONOSPHERE When I visited the HAARP U.S.A.F.

base in Alaska during the summer of

1996, the scientists reported that science

has recently learned that the

IONOSPHERE above the earth not only

produces the Aurora Borealis (Northern

Lights) and the Aurora Australis

(Southern Lights); it also contains giant

electric currents in the magnitude of

1,000,000 amperes per square meter with

a voltage drop of about 1 volt per linear

meter. The electric current is the result

of the solar (sun) wind. That is new and

incredible to me.

I have presently decided to accept those

new ideas about the electricity in the

IONOSPHERE and proceed with them

as facts because of recent magazine

articles.

Some UNIVERSITY OF ALASKA

scientists and the United States Air

Force have invented a way to tap the

naturally occurring gigantic current in

the IONOSPHERE and turn it into

lightning bolts. The Air Force now has

the ability to aim lightning bolts at any

target in the world.

The Holy BIBLE has some things to say

about what happened. You'll find those

BIBLE notes within this report in the

right chronological place.

FACT OR FICTION? Many facts are now reported to you,

here. These are absolute facts. But,

some covert people in the U.S.A.F. (and

probably a few others) don't want you to

know them. We must read their publicity

I will not reveal any military secrets.

Everything I report as fact is already well

documented. References are provided at

the end of this report.

We must also discredit some things our

government has told us. Military men

are taught to lie about their secrets.

Christians are taught to tell the truth. A

conflict? Yes.

The following facts, events, and

postulates are cataloged for you and

other analysts to use in order to find

supplemental information which I

suspect will confirm and perhaps prove

the enclosed postulates. Some people

will use the traditional library looking at

old newspapers. Others will use the new

INTERNET. God bless your efforts.

END OF THE COLD WAR

Postulate: There is reason to believe

that when the leaders of the U.S.S.R.

saw the awesome foreboding power of

our new HAARP LIGHTNING BOLT

weapon they ended the cold war and

capitulated (to surrender, often after

negotiation of terms) to the will of the

U.S.A.F.

The U.S.S.R. changed their whole form

of government and way of life like the

Japanese did when they were hit with

our atomic bombs.

WHAT? WHO? WHY?

WHEN? WHERE? HOW?

Why am I interested in HAARP?

Because it fell into my lap bringing fond

memories from my engineering past and

because my present theological studies

indicate HAARP may be the fulfillment

of frightful BIBLE prophecies of the

future, which also consume my interest.

SCIENCE OR RELIGION? Do science and religion always have to

be in a fight? Can we peacefully look at

a new subject and help each other along?

I hope so because I'm a scientist and a

theologian.

My Dad was a carpenter bridge builder

and I would like to follow in his steps

and build a bridge here.

Is it possible to engage in lively debate

about HAARP without bringing attacks

on the personality of an opposing

researcher? I hope so.

I believe I was led into something about

Star Wars that is balefully incredible. I

wasn't looking for it at all. It just

happened.

I was scheduled to teach some BIBLE

lessons in Alaska the summer of ‘96. A

friend who knew my schedule sent a

book about HAARP because HAARP is

in Alaska. I read it a month before my

scheduled trip and learned a lot.

A church in the state of Washington

provided the finances for our trip to

HAARP LIGHTNING

Seattle. We enjoyed a good BIBLE

teaching and learning time with our old

friends. Another church in Alaska

provided our finances from Seattle to

Alaska. We enjoyed another good

BIBLE teaching and learning time, this

time with brand new friends. They set

up the Alaskan BIBLE teaching

schedule and we had Saturday off.

OPEN HOUSE AT HAARP

Fortuitously, the U.S. AIR FORCE

scheduled an open house at the HAARP

base that same Saturday I had off. My

host graciously drove me 3 1/2 hours to

the HAARP site at Gakona. We visited

4 hours and asked a ton of questions. I

learned some new things. Then we

drove back another 3 1/2 hours. A long

day.

Were all the schedules a coincidence or

was God in charge of everything,

including finance? I think our GOD

wanted me to be there and visit the

HAARP.

On the trip home in the airplane, I

deductively divided a few thoughts.

A lot has to do with BIBLE

prophecy.

At home I looked up quite a few other

associated things and inductively put

a few facts together in the computer.

A lot has to do with what happened.

A lot has to do with when things

happened.

My fateful conclusion is that HAARP

and the fall of the U.S.S.R. are very

closely connected. This might be very

important to you.

WHAT HAARP IS LIKE

Another well documented article on

HAARP and the U.S.A.F. open house,

Saturday August 3, 1996, is in the

We picked up that newspaper in a

grocery store in Anchorage; and that is

how we found the details about the open

house. Here is a sample of what the

article said in its introduction.

"Oil money, the military and

experimental, high-powered technology

have combined to make an explosively

controversial package - and a lot of

gossip. Rumors circulate of blackouts on

the west coast caused by the mysterious

facility.

In diners near Anchorage International

Airport, whispers buzz about aircraft

instruments going wild or freezing while

flying near 'that place.' A local radio

station even received a report of caribou

seen walking backwards across the

tundra."

POWER OUTAGE

Check for operation of HAARP on the

following power out days in the west

when an unknown force knocked the

electric power out in a large way.

The most revealing thing that I have

uncovered is that EDWARD TELLER,

the father of our "H" bomb (according to

some writers) visited HAARP at

Fairbanks in 1987. He returned to

Washington and spearheaded the

dubious move to change control of

HAARP from the Atlantic Refining

Company (acronym ARCO) and put it

under the control of the Nuclear Arms

Division of the Department of Defense

(acronym DoD).

Those people control all our atomic

bombs. Think. That elevated HAARP

to a position of importance equal to the

atomic bomb.

Earlier, the X-RAY LASER, was

promoted as the weapon of choice for

Star Wars by EDWARD TELLER.

In the past, TELLER'S group made the

ominous decisions about how to use the

atomic bombs. Now they are studying

how to use the HAARP.

To me, that means HAARP's success got

too big for ARCO and it is as big as our

atomic bomb. That's no small

implication.

The scientists at the open house said

their interest and the use of HAARP was

purely to satisfy scientific curiosity about

the IONOSPHERE. My own analysis

indicates that is only a very small part of

the reason for building HAARP.

The real major reason is to improve the

range, improve the angular accuracy and

improve the predictability of the location

of the lightning bolt impact spot. I don't

think our Congress is in the mood to

spend the giant sums of money for

HAARP in order to satisfy the curiosity

of some scientist. I think scientific

curiosity is near the bottom of the list of

priorities.

The INTERNET is full of stuff on

HAARP. Some is right. Some is wrong.

POPULAR MECHANICS

The February 1997 issue of POPULAR

MECHANICS (PM) deals with weather

modification by the Air Force. "A

declassified version of a two year study

prepared by the Air War College and

obtained by PM reveals that this is no

dreamland.

Airborne lasers would cause lightning

bolts to discharge over the airframes of

attack and surveillance aircraft.

U.S.A.F. planners hope to give 21st-

century warriors advanced technology

that will enable them to own the

weather."

How are they going to do that? We think

they've done it already, and here's how.

NEW HAARP AT

GAKONA ALASKA

The first HAARP was in Fairbanks. It

only had 9 antenna towers. The new

HAARP at Gakona will consist of 180

antenna towers and 180 transmitters,

which are 10,000 watt linear amplifiers

housed in temporary 18 wheel trailers.

They connect through massive

transmission lines to the 180 towers that

support 360 antenna arrays (180 north-

south polarized arrays and 180 east-west

arrays, i.e. two arrays per tower) situated

very close together. They are so close,

that the adjustments on one

transmitter/antenna array affects and

changes the settings on the adjacent

transmitter/antenna array. The massive

antenna array occupies about 33 acres.

HAARP is located near mile marker

11.3 on the Tok cut off between Gakona

and Tok. This is not a secret. Many

newspapers locate HAARP this way.

The installation does not look like a

government sponsored research facility.

It looks more like a tight budget

industrial laboratory.

But looks are often deceiving. It also

reminds me of the Navy installation

when we were building the Radar Station

and ship base at Thule, Greenland in the

‘50s.

FREQUENCY The frequencies of transmission range

from 2.8 to 10 Megacycles (Megs.).

That's the short-wave band. The

HAARP LIGHTNING

frequency is changed instantaneously

while in operation to compensate for

natural variations in the weather and

variations in the IONOSPHERE. The

need for an instant frequency change is

the reason for so very much research and

applied engineering. Instantaneous

frequency change is a new technology.

There has never been anything like it.

Also, the requirement for instantaneous

frequency change caused the necessity of

changing from the tuned circuit

transmitters, like we used in the past, to

10,000 watt linear amplifiers, because

they don't require re-tuning after every

frequency change.

POWERFUL Total power is 3.6 million watts

(3,600,000) which is high power but not

extremely high.

The impact statement alarmingly admits

that HAARP raises human internal body

temperature. It can ignite road flares

inside auto trunks. HAARP scrambles

aircraft instruments.

HAARP is not a nice place to be around

when it operates. It operates from

remote control, with the operators tucked

safely away in a remote bunker. In the

matter of safety you will find a lot of

conflict between what the HAARP

scientists are presently saying and what

the Department of Defense reported in

the HAARP environmental impact

statement.

SHORT HISTORY

ARCO began the enigmatic HAARP

project in the early 1980s which

coincides perfectly with the events

leading up to the end of communism in

the U.S.S.R. Incredibly and

unbelievably, ARCO said they wanted to

sell natural gas to power the station.

They implied that was their only interest.

But, really HAARP doesn't use a

fraction of the gas used by a small sized

city. HAARP does not use enough gas

to justify ARCO's large monetary

investment in HAARP. ARCO had to

be involved for another yet unknown

reason. That story has to be an

ambiguous cover-up for something.

A book came with some potential

answers.

In 1946 the STANFORD RESEARCH

CENTER (SRC) (also known as

STANFORD RESEARCH INSTITUTE)

(SRI) was founded to help Robert O.

Anderson (and Charles A. Anderson) and

the ARCO oil company. ARCO had

secured oil rights on the north slope of

Alaska.

Anderson's ASPEN INSTITUTE was

too small to handle the north slope. The

SRI received money from international

banks and developed into a giant of 4000

people spending $160 million per year.

In 1970 the Legislature of Alaska

adopted the SRI proposal for

development of the north slope. Charles

A. Anderson and Professor Willis

Harmon were bosses. David Sarnoff

(RCA) was part of the deal.

By 1980 HAARP came along as a

mysterious project because HAARP

needed the Alaskan sky with its massive

electric currents. ARCO took HAARP

under it's wing and helped it along until

the military use became obvious.

Then the covert military group took

HAARP over from the scientific group.

But they kept the scientists working to

develop new uses and to work out old

wrinkles.

That requires a program that gives the

scientist everything he/she needs for

their own area of investigation - but at

the same time keeps the scientist in the

dark about the covert military use. That's

exactly the way the Nuclear Arms

Division works within the Department of

Defense.

EDWARD TELLER set up the Nuclear

Arms Division years ago. And lately

TELLER followed the same pattern

when he placed HAARP within the

Department of Defense. Now the press

releases usually result in confusion and

raise more questions than they answer.

METHOD OF

TARGETING HAARP. Each transmitter antenna is focused by a

modified YAGI ANTENNA ARRAY.

That sends all the radiation straight up

(or out).

HAARP moves the beam electronically,

not like the old method that used

mechanical movement of parabolic

reflectors.

The powerful RADIO BEAM is tilted

by triggering each transmitter with

pulses, sent over glass fiber optical

cable, that are slightly out of phase with

the first pulse.

That produces a PHASED ANTENNA

ARRAY that sends a RADIO BEAM

that is capable of being tilted anywhere

up to 30 degrees from the horizon.

That technology is presently used in our

PHASED ANTENNA ARRAY

RADAR systems in many airplanes.


RADAR technology is fairly new, but it

is well known in radio engineering

circles.

The equipment that produces the

precisely timed optical pulses is very

new. It is housed in a bunker far away

from the big transmitter site. The U.S.

has spent a lot of money and time to

develop HAARP. Other countries are

still trying to use electronic circuits to

control the transmitters. That won't

work.

A BIG PROBLEM

The RADIO PULSE first penetrates the

atmosphere, then it crosses the

mesosphere and it reaches the

IONOSPHERE.

At the IONOSPHERE a strange thing

happens. Some very high frequency

RADIO PULSES shoot right through

the IONOSPHERE and continue

through the magnetosphere and

continue through the magnetosheath

and then buck the solar wind until they

reach the sun.

Other lower frequency RADIO PULSES

strike the IONOSPHERE at an angle

and are reflected back to the earth as

though the IONOSPHERE is a giant

curved mirror about 60-120 miles above

all points of the earth. Those are the

pulses that HAARP wants to develop

and control.

The main scientific categories that seem

to control the behavior of the RADIO

PULSE are the frequency of the pulse,

the time of day, the season of the year,

the presence or absence of sun spots, the

weather pattern between the transmitter

and the target area, and a whole lot of

other things like temperature inversion.

Why are some RADIO PULSES

reflected back to earth and why do some

penetrate the IONOSPHERE like it

wasn't there?

POWER AMPLIFICATION

The YAGI ANTENNA ARRAY also

amplifies the power, producing Effective

Radiated Power, (E.R.P.) which

produces amplification in the order of 10

times. That technology is old and fairly

well known among radio engineers.

DIFFERENCE?

HAARP is medium short-wave

frequency (2.8 to 10 Megs.) and most

RADAR is very high microwave

frequency (above 400 Megs.). HAARP

does not microwave the sky as some

articles erroneously report. But,

HAARP does ionize the sky and cause

PLASMA routs. That difference is very

important to recognize as we shall see.

STRIKE FINDER

LOCATES SPRITES

This just in: AOPA PILOT

MAGAZINE (Aircraft Owners and

Pilots Association, acronym AOPA.),

November 1996. Inside back cover.

Quote, "STRIKE FINDER locates

Sprites. The Space Shuttle astronauts

have seen them - the spectacular red and

blue flashes which rise to 60 miles above

thunderstorms. Scientists call them Red

Sprites and Blue Jets. When researchers

wanted to record this phenomena, they

turned to Insight for help.

(Note: INSIGHT is the name of an

electronics company that manufactures

equipment for airplanes).

Little is known about these high altitude

optical emissions except that they are

linked to lightning bolt activity.

Accordingly, when the NATIONAL

AERONAUTICS AND SPACE

ADMINISTRATION (acronym NASA),

sponsored research team from the

University of Alaska went searching for

the origin of these flashes of light, their

high altitude jet was specially equipped

with Insight's Strike Finder Weather

Avoidance System. --- For your FREE

copy of this exciting research project

A beautiful full color photograph shows

a Red Sprite bringing electricity through

the illuminated ionized plasma within the

area of the IONOSPHERE to the top of

a giant thunderhead cloud.

"I'm thrilled for the confirmation" is a

very mild expression of the way I feel. It

adds to this story and supports my

postulates.

Scientists are not supposed to have or to

show emotion about their findings, but

I'm also a BIBLE student and BIBLE

teacher.

Emotion is OK in religious circles, so

excuse me. Please allow me to

emphasize for effect:

Red Sprites and Blue Jets are linked to

lightning bolt activity. This brand

new information has just been

released by the University of Alaska.

Postulate: HAARP is a man made

substitute for mother nature's Red

Sprites and Blue Jets. HAARP is

designed to provide an ionized plasma

path for early stage Red Sprites and Blue

Jets. HAARP directs the plasma path to

HAARP LIGHTNING

wherever the U.S.A.F. wants the

lightning bolt to impact. The U.S.A.F.

can cause lightning bolts to strike

wherever they want. What an awesome

portentous weapon!

The electricity from the Red Sprite is

changed in the cloud into the normal

form of electricity with which we are

familiar, lightning bolts.

This scientific information is the sword

point of many new things. You are

reading about the beginning of a whole

new scientific discipline.

The Strikefinder advertisement

continues, in part, "The research team

from the University of Alaska," That's

in Fairbanks. HAARP management is in

Fairbanks at the University of Alaska.

The blurry plot thickens.

ARCO just lost an airplane doing high

altitude research in Alaska. The

thickening plot is murkier.

A jet pilot Captain just told me that at

those heights (60,000 ft.) there is not

enough air passing over the control

surfaces of the airplane. The pilot looses

control. The pilot told me that when he

was flying that high his airplane began to

shake and change pitch. He immediately

took her down to thicker air.

He told me that the phenomena is most

pronounced at the poles of the earth

where the air is thinnest. That's why

ARCO just lost an airplane while

researching HAARP and the

IONOSPHERE at the north pole.

How about that magazine coming here at

the same time I'm looking for materials

to confirm these postulations?

Everything about HAARP and my own

new involvement seems pretty amazing

to me.

At our church we call it the Hand of

GOD directing our ways. I should also

admit that now I'm on the lookout for

such stuff. And for the record, the Jet

Pilot Captain pointed me to the SPRITE

story in the AOPA magazine because he

knew I was interested.

AND BLUE JETS

It has been discovered within the last few

years that the IONOSPHERE is

connected to the top of the thunderhead

clouds by RED SPRITES and by BLUE

JETS. This discovery has lead to a lot

of work on weather modification and/or

control.

HAARP may be used to wring water out

of clouds before they arrive at a spot

where any more water may cause a

destructive catastrophe. That could be a

wonderful benefit to mankind. That

humanitarian use of HAARP could

motivate nearly every University

Scientist to give HAARP his/her best

shot. But there is another group who

have covert ideas of using HAARP as a

tool of destruction.

HAARP WILL MAKE

STORMS?

A Department of Defense document

dated 1990 outlined one HAARP project

goal as, "Manipulating local weather

patterns anywhere on the globe by

heating up the IONOSPHERE above a

targeted area, creating a storm front for

combat advantage." That sounds like

hitting a target area with lightning bolts.

HAARP experiments have come so

close to that truth that military people

have had to change their story.

HAARP CAN'T

MAKE STORMS? For instance, the HAARP public

information booklet given to us visitors

at the open house said that there is no

chance that HAARP can affect the

weather (page 8, last paragraph).

At first, HAARP said they would

manipulate the weather, using terms

that describe using lightning bolts to hit

a target area. Later, HAARP said it

couldn't do that.

That's cause for suspicion in any

analysis.

The Air Force is changing their song too

many times about a lightning bolt

weapon and about weather modification.

Too many cooks spoil the stew.

HAARP has had too many bosses

(cooks), conflicting the story of former

bosses (spoiling the secrecy of the

lightning bolt weapon).

The same booklet said the HAARP

program is completely unclassified (page

9). Perhaps the name HAARP describes

the open scientific civilian arm and

another secret U.S.A.F. name may

describe the other covert arm of

HAARP. The reason that there is a lot

of controversy about HAARP is that

reporters are picking up pieces of news

from both the scientific group and the

covert military group, and the resulting

stories contradict themselves.

A person asked me, "If they want to

cover HAARP up, why did they publish

the Sprite material in the first place?"

Good question. The answer is in the last

sentence of the article. "This work was

supported in part by the National

Aeronautics and Space Administration

under Grant NAG5 - 5019 and the

National Science Foundation under

Grant ATM - 9217161." They had to

publish to get their money.

The scientific group wants to talk about

their discoveries concerning the

connection between Sprites and

lightning bolts.

Another covert U.S.A.F. group is more

concerned with the military use of

HAARP. So there are indications that

the article was clouded to keep us from

learning more. Quite suspicious, Mister

Watson. Don't you think?

TWO OPPOSITE CAMPS Much of the literature that is published

about HAARP says the project is

controversial. There's a reason. When

we listen to the scientists and read their

reports, it all seems innocuous. (Not

worth worrying about.) But, when we

observe the HAARP project within the

context of history and give an ear to the

dissenting scientists it seems like we

move between two opposing camps.

And that's right. There is a community

of scientists who have not heard about

the war use of HAARP. They seem like

good guys to me. They are open and

transparent. I believe them.

I'm old enough and have enough

personal experience in government

operations to recognize a cover up -

especially HAARP. That's when I

realized there is another covert group

involved. They are in the Department of

Defense (DoD). They are vitally

interested in developing HAARP for war

use. The scientific community doesn't

seem to know much about the covert war

group.

What an ingenious way to develop a

secret project.

EDWARD TELLER, FATHER OF OUR "H" BOMB

Postulate: And who has the genius to

steer a big project like HAARP to

completion while keeping the left hand

from knowing what the right hand is

doing? EDWARD TELLER, the father

of the Hydrogen Bomb. He has the

expertise and experience to pull it off.

He can keep the scientific community

motivated while at the same time he can

excite the covert military community

enough to sell the project and receive

massive financial backing. He did it

before with the Hydrogen Bomb; he did

it again with HAARP.

We shall be using inductive and

deductive reasoning so we need to

identify those types of thinking.

There are two ways to think. Socrates

and Plato had an argument about how to

think, and the argument continues to this

day. Scientists think one way.

Christians think another.

induction (science)

inference of a generalized

conclusion from particular

instances from the idea of adding

fact(s) to fact(s).

deduction (Christian)

the deriving of a conclusion by

reasoning; specif : inference in

which the conclusion about

particulars follows necessarily

from general or universal premises;

from the idea of dividing fact(s) from

fact(s).

LOGIC Theologians start with axioms and

deductively divide facts from facts and

develop routes that bring answers toward

postulates.

2 Timothy 2:15, Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that

needeth not to be ashamed, rightly

dividing the word of truth.

Conversely, scientists start with

postulates and inductively add facts to

facts developing routes that bring

answers toward axioms.

BIBLE students are a special class. We

inductively study the BIBLE, adding

facts to facts, while we try to be

deductively led into all axiomatic truth

by the Holy Spirit.

This report is a combination of both

inductive and deductive logic. And it is

true that some of my conclusions are

from extrapolation of the facts and some

are from interpolation of facts.

INDUCTIVE OR

DEDUCTIVE?

Here's an example of deductive and

inductive thinking.

There's a big difference in the way that

the two groups in our police department

think and work.

The uniformed police are usually the first

to arrive at a murder scene. They think

and act inductively by taking pictures,

picking up every piece of evidence,

taking finger prints, blood samples, etc.,

and adding facts to facts.

Next come the detectives. They think

and act differently. Sure. They try to

help the police by looking around to see

if all the evidence has been picked up.

But, they soon change.

Who was the first on the scene? Who

phoned in the report? Who was last seen

with the victim? The detective suspects

everyone. The detective develops

scenarios that accuse every person; in

other words, the detective deductively

starts with the answer.

As the detective starts with a suspected

person he/she deductively divides the

scenario into sections and then

introduces the evidence that the

uniformed police have picked up.

Somewhere along the route of deductive

logic the evidence will conflict with the

scenario the detective made up. He/she

will then report that person is no longer a

suspect. (We hope).

The uniformed police inductively add,

and add, and add. The detective

deductively divides the supposed answer

until it won't work. Then the detective

starts on another person, if he can.

That's why the Federal Bureau of

Investigation (acronym F.B.I.) would not

even give a tiny apology for ruining the

life of Richard Jewell, when they

grudgingly removed him from the list of

suspects in the Atlanta Olympic Park

bombing investigation. They acted

toward Jewell like they usually act

toward every suspect. While the process

of criminal deduction continues,

thousands and thousands of innocent

suspects have suffered untold agony at

the hands of the F.B.I. and other such

detective operations.

But, deductive logic doesn't have to be

bad like that. The unrepairable harm

comes when an overbearing detective

jumps to conclusions much too early in

the deduction process. They bully and

trick the innocent suspect.

They release lies to the press in an

attempt to get the suspect and/or other

suspects to talk. Far too many city

detectives and F.B.I. agents act in

manners that indicate they are not

gentlemen. Such overbearing detectives

give deductive logic a bad name. They

abuse the authority that the law gives to

them; and they abuse the innocent

suspects, too.

Their misuse of deductive logic, and

their abuse of authority, relegates them

to a low place in our society.

The T.V. show MURDER SHE WROTE

spends the first 45-50 minutes

inductively presenting facts and

evidence, adding facts to facts. At the

end of the show Angela Lansbury

assumes the posture of a cultured lady as

she assembles all the suspects into the

same room and addresses each person.

“I thought you could be the guilty party,

but this evidence said not so.” She

repeats the thought addressing each

person. Finally she addresses the

murderer, “When I deduced that you

were the one, all the evidence confirmed

it.”

The twist that makes the Sherlock

Holmes plot and the MURDER SHE

WROTE plot so compelling is that there

is not enough evidence presented in the

story to point conclusively to the guilty

party.

The only way to solve the problem is to

deductively assume the answer and then

divide to the facts. The facts then prove

the innocent person is innocent. But,

when the detective starts with the guilty

person in mind, the facts support the

deduced conclusion. That's deductive

thinking in it's fine tradition.

We are going to have to use deductive

analysis to solve the HAARP questions.

But, first we will have to act like

uniformed police as we inductively

gather all the facts about HAARP,

adding facts to facts.

Finally we shall act like detectives and

deductively form a scenario conclusion

and see if it is supported by all the facts

we can gather.

Why do we have to approach HAARP

that way? Because the U.S.A.F. has

used every trick in the book to hide the

evidence from us.

We'll have to inductively gather (add) as

much as we can find and then we'll have

to deductively (using division) analyze

our suspicions. We'll find the truth even

though we don't have all the facts.

POSTULATES I have chosen to postulate a few

scenarios for your analysis.

These postulates are well identified in

this text. They are completely

distinguished from the facts. I do

believe that they will change from

postulates to theorems and finally to

axioms as time follows and new and

more facts come to light.

Do you remember postulates, theorems,

and axioms from when you took

Geometry II?

And, who am I to offer postulates about

HAARP? I held a Radio Engineering

license over 40 years ago. In the Korean

War, I was in charge of all the electronic

equipment on a submarine. I have

worked with this kind of stuff all my life.

I personally built some of the equipment

I will be telling you about. I was an

Electronic Technician and later became

an Electronic Engineer, until mid-life

when I also became a full time BIBLE

teacher. I had to have both backgrounds

to be able to study and discover these

facts and then develop these postulates

from deductive logic and inductive logic.

CIRCUMSTANTIAL

EVIDENCE

There is much circumstantial evidence to

support the postulates about HAARP

that I will advance in this report. Up to

now I have not been able to find the

"smoking gun." No one has confessed.

Up to this point, no inspector, and/or

analyst has discovered the keystone that

holds the whole HAARP story together.

But there are multiples of facts, that

when looked at together, tend to settle

the questions that unsettle our minds.

Sadly we must observe that the evidence

is circumstantial. How much

circumstantial evidence is necessary to

establish a truth?

In our justice system people are found

guilty and even executed on very little

circumstantial evidence. In our society

people believe what they want to believe,

often in spite of the evidence. No one

can be forced to believe something

against their will. But it is possible to

trick a person into belief and/or unbelief.

Some people call that politics.

A high percentage of our citizens need to

believe everything our government tells

them, no matter what the evidence says.

A growing percentage of our citizens

distrust our government and tend to

believe the opposite of everything the

government tells them.

The evidence that supports these

postulates is presently circumstantial.

I believe that in the near future we will

find hard evidence that proves these

postulates. Then the whole story will

become more believable to everyone.

Presently we must approach HAARP

like it is a Sherlock Holmes mystery.

We shall solve the mystery like the

cultured and gentlemanly Inspector

Holmes solved his mysteries. Deduction,

Mister Watson. Simple deduction.

FAMILIAR AND

COMPELLING

Now I intend to postulate the results of

some of my observations for your

analysis. Yes. It's technical. But so is

the BIBLE. This may read fast, and may

read slow, and it may be hard to read and

understand, but I ask you to continue

reading anyway because you'll come to a

following section that will be familiar

and more compelling.

METHOD OF TURNING RADIO

ENERGY INTO A LASER RADIO

COHERENT WAVE.

THE STAR WARS

DEATH RAY. This technology is brand new, and is

the main breakthrough that produces

such massive amounts of power in the

DEATH RAY.

HOW? Remember when you splashed the water

out of the bathtub when you were a kid?

It worked the same way that HAARP

works. You started a wave with your

hand or foot.

You learned you could make the wave

larger if you moved your hand with the

wave as it reflected from the end of the

tub. The wave reflected from end to end

of the tub and you kept adding energy to

the wave with your hand as it passed by.

You had to learn to time the stroke of

your hand just right. At some point the

wave got too big for you to control. It

jumped out of the tub, and you couldn't

stop it. Your Mom probably yelled at

you for messing things up.

If the timing of your hand stroke was bad

then the wave got smaller -- not bigger.

This classic analysis is also used in some

text books to describe the way that a

LASER LIGHT beam works. This

report is the first time that it has been

adapted to describe the way a LASER

RADIO BEAM works.

DON'T GOOF UP THE

WORLD

Dr. Begich's book, ANGELS DON'T

PLAY THIS HAARP (Advances in

Tesla Technology), is acting like your

Mother did to try to keep you from

goofing things up.

Begich has to address his comments to

the public at large and to the legislature

in particular, to try to keep the covert

military arm of HAARP from goofing up

the whole world.

Some investigators say it may be

possible to destroy the whole world with

HAARP LIGHTNING

the new HAARP, if the wave splashes

too far or too much.

They predict the possibility of a run-

away lightning bolt discharge that will

envelop the whole world. Massive

lightning everywhere. But the scientists

who gave lectures at the open house

publicly ridiculed the idea. That hurts

my sensitivity when I have to observe

cultured scientists verbally fighting other

cultured and well read scientists. Shame.

But, fairness demands we give our

attention to the history of the "H" bomb

and arguments between scientists.

Scientists cried in horror as they

attempted to convince our government to

stop work on the "H" bomb. They said it

might involve all of the other elements

and turn our planet into a new sun.

The argument involved J. ROBERT

OPPENHEIMER, a scientist, along

with EDWARD TELLER, another

scientist, both of whom developed the

atomic bomb, at the Manhattan Project at

Chicago, and later at Los Alamos, NM.

After the successful atomic bomb tests,

and demonstration to the Japanese,

EDWARD TELLER wanted to

continue working to develop the "H"

bomb.

J. ROBERT OPPENHEIMER and his

crew of scientists resisted. They said the

development of an "H" bomb would lead

to the end of the world.

The argument went to the Congress of

the U.S. J. ROBERT

OPPENHEIMER and crew at Los

Alamos were reduced to a low priority.

J. ROBERT OPPEN-HEIMER was

stripped of his secret clearance.

Scientists wrote in his defense, to no

avail.

EDWARD TELLER got the chance to

start up Lawerence/Livermore

Laboratory in California, to continue the

development of the "H" bomb.

The argument was fully described in

technical journals at the time.

EDWARD TELLER won.

You must master the history of Los

Alamos Laboratory (J. ROBERT

OPPENHEIMER) and

Lawrence/Livermore Laboratory

(EDWARD TELLER) in order to

understand why we have two atomic

Laboratories.

When you can interpolate this story, you

will be able to know how EDWARD

TELLER took over the HAARP.

AN ACTIVE ANTENNA

Imagine three horizontal pipes about 15

to 25 feet long, spaced some 10 to 20

feet apart, attached at their centers, to a

65 foot high vertical tower . Some pipes

have transmission cables attached

internally at selected points.

This is not a secret. They allowed me to

photograph the antennas. Newspapers

also carry photos of the antennas

showing these facts.

BATWING The back end of your tub represents the

top horizontal pipe, called a batwing

because of its shape. The faucet end of

your tub represents the bottom pipe.

Your hand represents the middle pipe,

called the driven element.

Postulate: As the RADIO PULSE (a

RADIO PULSE is a burst of radio

energy that lasts about 10 millionths of a

second) is broadcast from the middle

driven element [pipe] it moves upward

toward the batwing upper top element

[pipe bent in the shape of a batwing].

That is like the first time you start the

wave in your tub with your hand.

RADIO POWER PULSE Here is part of the new invention. A

control signal is sent from the

transmitter to the top batwing upper

antenna just as the first RADIO POWER

PULSE arrives.

The control signal is 180 degrees out of

phase with the RADIO POWER PULSE.

It acts like a closed gate. It keeps the

RADIO POWER PULSE from going out

the top and into the air. That drives the

RADIO POWER PULSE back down the

YAGI ARRAY past the middle driven

element.

When the RADIO POWER PULSE

passes the middle driven element a new

RADIO PULSE, similar to the first

RADIO PULSE, is added to the first

RADIO POWER PULSE.

That is like moving your hand along with

the wave as it returns from the end of

your tub. The RADIO PULSES add to

each other so now, at this point, the

RADIO POWER PULSE is twice as big

as when it started.

They travel in combination down to the

lower bottom reflector element of the

YAGI ARRAY where a reversing control

signal and/or a YAGI reversing element

causes the combined RADIO POWER

PULSE to go back up the YAGI

ARRAY. That is like the other end of

your tub.

The combined RADIO POWER

PULSES bounce back and forth between

the upper top batwing antenna element

and the lower bottom reflector antenna

element.

As they pass the middle driven antenna

element going either up or down,

another new RADIO PULSE is added to

the growing RADIO POWER PULSE.

That's what you did with your hand in

the tub.

The pulses are captured and contained

between the upper top element and the

lower bottom element. That's what the

two ends of your tub did. The process

repeats until it becomes critical.

MASSIVE POWER

AMPLIFICATION

When the combined RADIO POWER

PULSE increases to a critical point the

air (ether) can't hold any more RADIO

POWER. That's kind of like putting too

much air in your car tire. There is a

critical point where another pound or

two of air will burst the tire.

Radio engineers try to find where the

critical point is and then open the top

gate just a little before the whole thing

destroys itself by arcing over. And it's a

little like adding sugar to boiling water,

more and more at a time. Water will

absorb sugar until it reaches a critical

point. Then you can not dissolve any

more sugar in the water. Radio

engineers try to find the point where the

air can't hold any more radio power.

The LASER type pulsing, and reflection

back and forth, in captivity, until a

critical point takes place, adds an

amplification factor in the order of

100,000,000. That's more power per

unit of mass (air or ether) than the world

has ever known.

LASER RADIO PULSE

When the RADIO POWER PULSE

becomes critical in size the reversing

control signal to the upper top batwing

antenna element is extinguished. That

opens the upper top gate.

The largest LASER RADIO PULSE that

the world has ever seen is released in

controlled PHASE with 179 other

HAARP transmitter/antenna arrays at

the installation. Traveling upward into

the sky is a combined LASER RADIO

PULSE whose portentous power is many

times larger than the most massive

power of the RADIO ELECTRICITY

that was produced by the ATOMIC

BOMB. It is many many times larger

than the biggest Radio Frequency

(acronym R.F.) field in the world. That

is one great big Goliath of Gath.

DEATH RAY It is now a directed LASER RADIO

BEAM from STAR WARS - THE

DEATH RAY.

The various stories of HAARP with their

vague references to remote hidden and

shrouded features, and shrewd cover-

ups, balefully knell foreboding and evil

consequences. They raise dubious and

apprehensive fears, doomfully raise

ominous questions, and fatefully point to

foreordained prophesies. Now, through

inductive analysis and deductive

reasoning, the HAARP is unveiled in

glorious light of truth, confirming and

denying what has been said and written.

DUTY CYCLE

The LASER RADIO PULSE only lasts

a fraction of a second (about ten

millionths of a second). The relatively

short length of the PULSE, in contrast

with the very long time the transmitter

waits to send another PULSE is called

the Duty Cycle. The relatively short

Duty Cycle of HAARP allows the active

transmitter parts to have enough time to

cool back down before processing

another massive PULSE. That way the

transmitters can handle much more

power than they could if the transmission

was a continuous wave.

And that's the reason for the

contradictions and confounding in the

safety reports released about HAARP.

If you want to impress someone with

how safe HAARP is supposed to be then

forget the Duty Cycle and calculate as if

HAARP is a continuous wave.

The resulting numbers will erroneously

place HAARP well below other

transmitters as far as relative danger.

If you want to tell the truth even though

it will scare the citizens, then use the

numbers that relate to the Duty Cycle

and the Pulse Mode and the multiples

will produce instantaneous power units

that are millions and millions of times

bigger. I will not place my body into the

giant instantaneous Pulse Power fields of

HAARP.

Scientists who ignore the Duty Cycle

when calculating the power formula and

field densities are playing dirty pool. My

own analysis of the literature detects

some dirty pool players who are in

charge of some HAARP reports that

have been made to the public.

SPLIT SECOND TIMING

All control signals are timed to the split

second, within 1,000,000,000th of a

second, using optical fiberglass

transmission cables that connect the

control bunker with each

TRANSMITTER-ANTENNA

ARRAY. That is not a secret.

The engineers at the HAARP open

house spent a lot of time with me

answering my questions about the

fiberglass phase control.

However, the technology details and

contents of the black boxes were not

discussed. I knew where to stop

questioning.

HOT TRANSMISSION LINE The transmission line that connects the

transmitter to the antenna is about 1000

times larger than it should be. I learned

that is because the Standing Wave Ratio

(S.W.R.) causes the transmission line to

become super overheated and to fail.

The transmission line melted in a recent

low power test. I haven't seen a melted

transmission line due to S.W.R. in over

40 years.

THE WEAK LINK

The different pulses that are used by

HAARP also reflect back from the

antenna to the transmitter, like they

reflect between the top batwing element

and the bottom reflector element. The

reflected standing waves overheat the

HAARP LIGHTNING

transmission line and the final amplifier

of the transmitter.

Presently, this S.W.R. problem is the

weak-link in the chain that produces the

HAARP system. It will take a lot of

further engineering to overcome the

problem. I think they will master it.

PROVIDENCE While visiting the project I learned that

HAARP was down for repairs at that

time because it melted the giant

transmission line and also blew out the

final power tube of a linear amplifier

transmitter, so they decided to open

HAARP for a visitor's day to make good

use of the repair down time.

They expected local guests who were

very interested in their own health and

safety to visit the Open House. All the

scientist’s remarks were oriented toward

health and safety.

If you believe in the providence of God,

like I do, you may conclude it was to

make all of our schedules perfectly

coincide on the same day. This is called

deductive reasoning.

REFLECTED WAVE

THEORY

The HAARP LASER RADIO BEAM

can be directed to reflect off of the

IONOSPHERE. The scientists openly

discussed Reflected Wave Theory with

me. Reflected Wave propagation is not

new. I did it too, with my 10 and 20

meter amateur transmitter in the late

‘40s. I used the IONOSPHERE to

cause my signals to go much farther than

normal by bouncing them off the

IONOSPHERE. But HAARP has taken

Reflected Wave Theory much farther

than I ever thought of.

IONOSPHEREIC

REFLECTING CHARTS

Basic IONOSPHEREIC reflecting

charts and tables for all world locations

are available from the American Radio

Relay League (acronym ARRL). I was

a member when Fred Flintstone joined.

Many new HAARP elements and

experiments are designed to improve

those charts because HAARP depends

on more exact IONOSPHEREIC

location and variation information than

does normal short-wave radio

communication.

The scientists did not discuss my ideas

because I did not bring them forward. I

felt that I should not advance too much

or they would clam up. Many other

postulates were developed on the

airplane ride home.

ON THE T.V. The HAARP open house workers spent

about two hours making T.V. recordings

of my questions and the answers of the

various scientists. When I realized that I

was taking all the time I apologized and

offered the other visitors the opportunity

to ask questions. There were no takers.

All the guests in our group asked me to

continue. It was obvious to all that I had

some experience in the subjects. It

became so obvious that the HAARP

director stood a few paces behind me and

directed the scientists off camera, and

out of my sight.

He knew how far his people should go

with their answers.

Please permit me to relate a personal

story about the T.V. recordings they

made.

STRANGE UNIVERSE

A T.V. show titled STRANGE

UNIVERSE was broadcast at 12:30

A.M. on March 6, 1997 over WNUV,

U.P.N., Channel 14, Baltimore,

Maryland. Credit lines are TEAM

ENTERTAINMENT GROUP and

MEDIA CITY TELEPRODUCTION

CENTER, BURBANK, CA.

A goodly segment of the show was about

HAARP.

My grandson phoned the news to me in

an attempt to allow me to also tune it in

at my location. Quick check. Our local

U.P.N. station was broadcasting a

program about Hercules at the appointed

time, not about HAARP. Quick scan of

all the cable channels. No HAARP.

Phone report to grandson. We can't

watch. Get a good recording. Then an

excited scream from his new bride.

"Look. There's Grandpa. There's

Grandpa on the T.V. at the HAARP in

Alaska." She made me feel like a

celebrity.

New problem. Deductive reasoning.

Our God wanted yours truly to appear on

T.V. in connection with HAARP. Why?

Time will tell. A few months ago I didn't

know that there was a HAARP. Now

I'm writing like I know all about it.

Really, I only know what a lifetime in

radio engineering, and employment with

defense contractors, and BIBLE study

will teach a person.

THE REASON

I WROTE THIS REPORT

This is a fulfillment of Biblical prophecy

that few writers have the background to

tackle writing about. The supernatural

events surrounding my involvement have

convinced my wife and me, that I must

be a chosen one for this assignment. We

had natural concern about our safety and

security because of the way the covert

members of our government treat whistle

blowers. Now, the large number of

recently published articles directly and

indirectly about HAARP have added to

our confidence that this is the time to tell

the interested Christians what is going

on, without great danger to ourselves.

HAARP COVER UP

There are still many secrets about

HAARP to be uncovered. Why must

they be uncovered? Because the

HAARP establishment continues to

release conflicting information,

indicating that there is still a cover up

about:

1. the relative safety of HAARP,

2. the military use of HAARP.

SAFETY COVER-UP

The safety cover up involves defenseless

local people who need this information.

They are surely not going to get the truth

from our government. Our GOD asked

Cain where Able was. Cain retorted with

a question of his own. "Am I my

brothers keeper?" indicating Cain didn't

think he was. I have decided, I am.

I don't want to be a Don Quixote fighting

every windmill. But, I have decided that

our GOD pointed me to this lying

HAARP demon, and expects me to

exorcise it. So here is the best I can do.

MILITARY COVER-UP

The military cover up is a little different,

as far as I am concerned. There is

nothing any of us can do about it. And

what should we do if we could? An

investor may benefit from knowing what

happened. And people with RUSSIAN

relatives and friends may benefit a little.

We Christians benefit from knowing that

the world is not out of control. Our

GOD is making things come to pass, just

like the prophets said. So here is the best

I can do.

The covert military group at HAARP

continues to release information that

contradicts what the scientific

community at HAARP tells to us.

For instance, here are some quotes from

the T.V. show STRANGE UNIVERSE:

Quote, "The A.F. isn't being totally

honest. The A.F. says the HAARP is to:

Improve military satellite

communications,

Communicate with submarines

underwater,

Locate mineral deposits

underground.

Dr. Begich (see index) says HAARP is

to develop:

Futuristic weapons,

Mind control beam,

Weather control." End quote.

On the T.V. show, J. RICHARD

GHARCIA, Public Affairs Director,

Phillips Laboratory, Kirtland Air Force

Base, Albuquerque, NM, said, "Trust the

government." Huh? Where has he been

living?

On the same show, The Secretary of the

Air Force, (the Secretary, not a

secretary) Dr. SHEILA WIDNALL was

asked, "Can you tell us what HAARP

is?"

WIDNALL's answer, "I don't have the

foggiest idea."

Another question, "Are you familiar with

the HAARP project in Alaska?"

WIDNALL's answer, "No. Not at all. I

don't think so. Maybe not under that

name."

The T.V. program continued, "The

HAARP is scheduled for completion in

the year 2002. At that time we will

know if HAARP is a radio breakthrough

or a doomsday machine. Whatever it's

purpose, the HAARP is costing

taxpayers 100s of millions of dollars."

My editorial comment is required here.

A long time ago the U.S.A.F. said the

three things listed above. Lately they

have changed their story. The scientists

told me that the ionization of the

IONOSPHERE would not help satellite

communications - it would harm them.

The scientists also said that

communication with submarines with the

induced Extra Low Frequency (E.L.F.)

would not work because the E.L.F.

signal is so very small. Some literature

says that E.L.F. will penetrate 40 miles

deep. That's just not so for HAARP

E.L.F. That explanation is a partial

demonstration of the confounding of

various reports on HAARP.

The scientists at the open house

explained that finding the location of

various mineral deposits was included in

an early written description of the project

in order to qualify for lots of Federal

Support (grant) money.

They told me that there was no active

attempt to locate anything underground.

They gave up on it because the signal

strength of the induced E.L.F. is just not

strong enough.

MIND CONTROL

The human mind operates at 32 Cycles

Per Second (acronym C.P.S.) normally.

Sleeping it operates at 7 C.P.S. first.

Later it changes to 4 C.P.S. and finally

deep sleep is at 1/2 C.P.S.

Spiritual prophets have learned to

operate at 7 C.P.S. when they speak in

tongues, prophesy, and/or have visions.

They learn, by the Holy Spirit, to alter

their state of consciousness between 32

and 7 C.P.S. Most don't realize that they

are doing that, but they are.

External stimulation of a human brain

such as mechanical vibrations, flickering

lights, audio hums, and/or

electromagnetic currents and/or

electrostatic potentials, can overcome the

natural state of 32 C.P.S. by

overwhelming the fragile brain current

that oscillates at the natural brain wave

frequency. If the stimulant is strong

enough, then one of the above named

stimulants forces the brain of a subject

person to become synchronized with the

external stimulant. That forces the brain

into the frequency of the stimulant which

may produce an undesired state of

consciousness.

It might even cause a person to fall

asleep. Synchronization sometimes

produces various forms of sickness and

distress. For instance, scientists have

found that those external stimulants can

trigger a seizure in an epileptic person.

Personally, I don't believe that HAARP

converts enough E.L.F. power in the

HAARP LIGHTNING

IONOSPHERE to be able to control

anyone's mind by synchronization. The

E.L.F. of HAARP is just not strong

enough. However, many governments

are reported to have the right kind of

transmitters to synchronize the minds of

people. I think it's a good idea to drop

mind control from critical HAARP

literature. But, don't drop mind control

from the subject of government radio

transmitters. People should know that

the government has mind control

capability.

TWO VERSIONS Now we have to deal with two very

different versions of what HAARP is all

about. One version comes from the

covert arm of the U.S.A.F. The other

version comes from University scientists.

I'm glad I had the chance to hear them

both and then make up my own mind.

When the Secretary of the Air Force,

WIDNALL, was shown on the T.V.,

giving the answer that she did not know

anything about the HAARP, most of our

students here voiced disbelief. They

thought she was lying.

One astute student came right out and

forcefully said, "You big liar," while we

watched the T.V. recording of the

HAARP and WIDNALL.

As good patriotic Americans they

believed that the Secretary of the Air

Force has to know about HAARP.

There is a secret covert arm of the Air

Force that has even kept the knowledge

of HAARP from the top boss, even from

the Secretary of the Air Force. I suppose

that incident produced a few red faces

that day. We must come to grips with

the axiom that there is a hidden

government within our open political

government.

This next point is even harder to grasp,

but you must. There are two secret

covert governments within our open

political government. The Central

Banks have been active as a secret

covert government that has controlled

our open political government for a very

long time. Now a new secret

government has formed. It is within the

U.S.A.F. The Bible reveals that the

purpose of the new secret government is

to destroy the old Central Bank control

of our open political government.

Complex? Yes. More later.

LOW FREQUENCY

VS. HIGH FREQUENCY

Postulate: The first demonstration of

HAARP ideas was with microwave

(high) frequencies from our four

PHASED ARRAY RADARS operated

by the U.S.A.F. That proved the

concept.

But microwaves don't hold as much

power in each wave, and they don't

bounce as predictably from the

IONOSPHERE as do the waves in the

frequency range from 2.8 to 10

megacycles.

Some combinations of power and

microwave frequencies will punch a hole

right through the IONOSPHERE. They

won't always reflect predictably. And

sometimes the time of day will change

what happens. And sometimes when the

sunspots go crazy so do the reflections.

Postulate: First: The U.S.A.F.

discovered they could combine the four


RADARS in the four quadrants of the

U.S.A., separated by thousands of miles,

using PHASE technology, involving

glass fiber-optical cable, to produce a

massive RADAR signal at a given target

site. That turned the four separate

radars into one big radar signal at the

target.

Second: That RADAR experiment was

followed by the 9 transmitter/antenna

arrays in Fairbanks that used mid-

frequencies. That mid-frequency

experiment confirmed the concept again

and was more repeatable and reliable.

The experiment probably provided the

signals that were beamed at RUSSIA

and demonstrated our HAARP

LIGHTNING BOLTS to them.

Third: HAARP at Gakona is conducting

experiments designed to make the

reflections of more powerful mid-

frequencies (short-wave frequencies)

both more predictable and more precise

and more repeatable. Today it is an art.

Tomorrow it will be a science.

The new HAARP, at Gakona, with its

180 towers is analogous to the "H" bomb

as the old 9 tower array at Fairbanks

was analogous to the atomic bomb. The

latter is bigger than anything we have

ever seen. The first is bigger than

anything we ever imagined.

OTHER HAARPS

The first HAARP operated from the

facility near FAIRBANKS, ALASKA.

The second HAARP facility is being

finished at GAKONA, ALASKA.

That's the one I visited.

A pre-HAARP system was set up at

Mineral Wells, TX. Named

IONOSPHERIC RESEARCH

INSTRUMENT. Sanford Research

Institute (SRI) is actively running

IONOSPHERIC research programs.

Another research program on HAARP is

in BRAZIL.

HAARP was in Poker Flat, Alaska.

Also in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. The

U.S.A. has installed other smaller

HAARPS at other places around the

world.

Other governments have also

experimented with other smaller

HAARPS. They had a good idea of

what a HAARP can do. Even though we

beat them, they will probably develop

their own HAARPS so they can use

their own HAARP as a war deterrent

like we use our atomic bomb as a war

deterrent, now.

Our message to the rest of the world will

be, "If you hit me I'll hit you back with

my HAARP - and mine's bigger." That's

called deterrent.

A BIGGER HAARP Postulate: The 9 tower Fairbanks

HAARP facility will be multiplied to 180

towers like the new locations.

A third 180 tower HAARP facility will

be (is being?) built north west of

DAWSON CITY, ALASKA.

Our three 180 tower HAARPS will be

controlled from a single bunker centrally

located south east of DELTA

JUNCTION, ALASKA.

Picture a giant three bladed airplane

propeller, each blade about 100 miles

long. Each transmitter is located on the

tip of a blade. The control bunker is

located on the hub.

This tripod installation will change

HAARP from presently having the

relative accuracy and shot scatter of a

shotgun to that pin point accuracy of a

target riffle. The HAARP tripod will

also nearly triple the energy in the

LASER RADIO BEAM.

LOCATION REVIEW The present HAARP is like this:

Fairbanks - 9 - antenna towers,

Gakona - 24 -antenna towers, (for

low power testing),

Dawson City - nothing we know of.

There is a possibility of construction,

now.

The future HAARP will be like this:

Fairbanks - 180 - antenna towers,

Gakona - 180 - antenna towers,

Dawson City - 180 antenna towers,

Delta Junction - control bunker.

LONELY PLACE In actual operation there won't be

anyone around the transmitter sites.

They will all be remotely controlled from

the central bunker. Some local

indigenous people voiced their wish that

the whole HAARP would move far far

away.

When I visited GAKONA I was

surprised to note that there were no

facilities for the airmen assigned to the

base. There are no dormitories, no mess

halls, no administration buildings, and

no brig. Nobody is around when the

thing works. Smart.

AIRCRAFT RADAR

The U.S.A.F. publicity release folders

tell us that the GAKONA HAARP

location contains a RADAR set designed

to shut HAARP testing down if an

airplane flies over or nearly over the

HAARP. What happens to the airplane

if the RADAR set does not work, or if

the shutdown system doesn't work? The

airplane will be destroyed. Sad.

Did the Nuclear Regulatory Commission

(acronym N.R.C.) tell us that the

automatic shutdown system for the

atomic power plant at Three Mile Island

would work, in case of trouble? Yes.

Did it? No. Should we believe our

government regulators? Not very often.

Sad.

What happens to an airplane if there is a

serious war use of HAARP and the

officials decide that the end justifies the

means - they don't let the radar shut it

down? Guess what? Short circuits in

the airplane equipment. It won't fly very

good anymore. The airplane will be

destroyed. Sad.

At the open house I learned the promised

Radar set was not in place. They say

they have been using the services of

FAA Radar in Anchorage. How awful.

The latest low power test, including only

a few of the towers, did not have an

automatic radar shutdown like they said

they would have.

The scientists told me that they are going

to finish the installation of the Radar

before they start sending out the super

big pulses from the new installation.

Good, I hope.

If I was an attack attorney I would see

about starting an investigation of all the

unexplained airplane crashes around

Fairbanks and Gakona from about 1982

to the present. When the details of

HAARP are fully revealed such an

attack attorney may become extremely

rich and might make certain estates quite

rich, too. Bittersweet.

new inventions, and a lot of associated

inventions.

New PHASE technology controls the

exact instant that an electric signal or

energy pulse is started and/or stopped, in

relationship to other electric currents.

Results are amazing.

COHERENT WAVES, which are

magnitudes stronger than old LIGHT

(photon) LASERS.

COHERENT WAVE?

What's a coherent wave? A coherent

wave is produced when there are no

reverse ripples in a pond. You have seen

coherent waves when a round rock is

dropped into a pond. Those were

coherent waves. You have also seen the

waves in a pond when a handful of rocks

were thrown in. Some waves went out

and crossed waves that were coming in.

They canceled each other. That's what

the engineers are trying to get rid of.

If the fiber glass cables that control each

of the 180 transmitters were missing,

then each transmitter would send its

pulse at a slightly different time, like the

handful of rocks hit the water at slightly

different times.

That's incoherent. They cancel out.

Now, control each transmitter with your

new fiber glass cable and fire each pulse

like it was a pebble thrown into a pond.

Fire each transmitter pulse (pebble) at

the exact instant so the wave it makes

adds to the wave that's already there in

the pond. Have 180 people throw

pebbles in perfect timing so the wave

they make adds to the wave that's already

there in the pond.

Repeat the pebble tossing millions and

millions of times. You'll have a pretty

grand wave in that pond. That's a simple

analogy of what HAARP does.

INCOHERENT

SCATTER RADAR

A five country consortium runs the

European Incoherent Scatter Radar.

(EISCAT) Think about the word

"Incoherent" in that title.

That slip up lets us know that

"Coherent" Wave Radar is also known

or else there would be no reason to

describe that special radar as

"Incoherent." That's like everybody

tossing their pebble whenever they want

to.

The present work on HAARP is

designed to continue the development of

LASER RADIO PULSE COHERENT

WAVES, in the frequency band of 2.8 to

10 Megs.

don't get the idea that they are big

as far as mid-frequencies are concerned.

WHAT’S A PHOTON

LASER? This just in from the Fort Myers News-

Press, Tuesday, April 8, 1997. Knight-

Rider News Service.

U.S. PLOTS PHOTON

MISSILE DEFENSE. “Washington - The enemy missile leaves

its desert launch site, rockets into the

clouds above, and hurtles at four times

the speed of sound toward it’s target

miles over the horizon.

But 50 seconds into its flight, the missile

is struck by an invisible photon beam.

Almost instantly, the beam burns a

basketball size hole in the missile, which

explodes, showering debris over enemy

territory.

Sound like science fiction? The Air

Force says it’s about to be fact.

The Marine Corps used something like it

about 5 years ago.

A small fleet of Boeing 747 jumbo jets

will soon be armed with Star Trek-style

photon lasers designed to shoot down

enemy missiles like the Scuds used by

Iraq during the Persian Gulf War.

Though development remains a few

years off, top Air Force officials have

expressed intense excitement about the

development, which they say could be as

revolutionary as radar, stealth, or the

atom bomb.

If it works, the Airborne Laser could

herald the dawn of a Buck Rogers era

where bullets and missiles become

obsolete, and aircraft armed with “ray

guns” attack everything from Scuds to

enemy surface-to-air missile sites.

Akin to the Reagan administration’s

grandiose “Star Wars” space based

missile defense projects of the 1980s, the

Airborne Laser is being touted by the Air

Force as down to earth, relatively cheap,

and doable.

“It’s pretty new age stuff,” says Air

Force Col. Michael W. Booen, who

trained as a Shuttle astronaut, and now

heads the government-industry team

designing the laser weapon.

“But it’s there. And it’s real.”

Capt. Jeffrey L. Moler, the Air Force’s

chief laser expert on the project, says,

“We’re living in the future, now.”

Lasers have been used for decades to

guide bombs and aim weapons. “But

this is the first time that we’ve really

used a laser as a high energy defense

weapon,” Moler says.

The idea is for a lightweight, chemical

oxygen iodine laser called a COIL - to

be installed aboard a 747. (High-tech as

it is, the laser is fueled with relatively

low-tech chemicals, some of which can

be found in toothpaste and drain

cleaner).

The jumbo jet, with crew of six, would be

dispatched to a war zone and would

circle at about 40,000 feet outside enemy

airspace.

There, the jet would be a part of the

defense against what are called theater

ballistic missiles, such as the Scud.

The jet would be equipped with

sophisticated heat sensors that could see

more than 100 miles into enemy territory

and detect the hot plume of a missile

launch.

Armed with chemicals for about 20

photon bursts, the jet would track the

missile and fire the laser once the enemy

rocket cleared the clouds.” End quote.

My editorial comment is appropriate

here:

This news release is half right.

That makes it real hard to

comment on.

The U.S.A.F. has to make some

comment about their covert

scientific programs because so

very much is being written

about those programs by

outsiders.

The above article is really an

article in response, not a new

publicity release. In war time

the U.S.A.F. would not have

such a hard time to get billions

and billions of dollars for

scientific investigation. But,

this is peace time and our

Congress wants a good

accounting for the money.

The U.S.A.F. can not give a

good accounting for their

spending of massive money

without spilling the beans

concerning what they are

spending it for. So we must

expect half truths from the

U.S.A.F. concerning HAARP.

That’s the way it is.

The release is about a photon

laser.

In fact, it should be about a

radio laser (the HAARP).

When we dismiss the details

about photons and chemicals

this press release will then line

up with the facts.

EDWARD TELLER wanted

to use a small atomic bomb to

generate “X” rays and photons.

That hasn’t worked out yet.

HAARP has.

A TRANSMITTER HAARP does not receive; it only

transmits. However, the HAARP project

includes many receivers and transducers

control bunker so that the operators can

make changes that will optimize the

transmitter and adjust for changes in the

IONOSPHERE, changes in the weather

conditions, and other changes. The

HAARP system is sensitive to

environmental changes. Much present

research is to develop equipment that

will monitor changes and then

automatically change the HAARP

transmitters in an instant, in a moment, in

the twinkling of an eye.

PROBLEMS The bottom layer of our IONOSPHERE

is not smooth like a spherical mirror.

Rather, it undulates in a manner not too

unlike the ocean waves.

A big undulation (ocean wave) causes

the need for immediate adjustment of

frequency and phase. It’s a little like

trying to bounce a pool shot when the

edge of the table is being moved back

and forth. If you can predict where it is

going to be at any instant in the future,

you can make your shot. If you can't,

you'll most likely miss.

The science is called numerical

extrapolation and the giant computers

must be fed exactly correct information.

HAARP is controlled with giant

extremely fast CRAY computers.

Postulate: Combining the PHASED

ARRAY with the PULSED mid-

frequency RADIO BEAM and then

further converting it into a LASER

RADIO RAY has produced the first truly

powerful DEATH RAY; the STAR

WARS manifest. The LASER RADIO

RAY is a fantastic new weapon.

HAARP is also a LASER RADIO RAY

designed as a small canon to destroy.

IF THESE DO NOT EXIST

NOW THEY WILL SOON. 1.) A LASER RADIO RAY gun the size

of a rifle or a shoulder held missile

launcher, operating in the range of 150

Megs, should also be in development,

and is analogous to a small canon.

This is probably what will be used in the

airplanes to intercept missiles.

2.) A LASER RADIO RAY gun the size

of a pistol, operating in the range of 400

- 1000 Megs. and upward (micro waves),

should also be in development, and is

analogous to Buck Rogers.

Those HAARP programs can be fully

developed at Fairbanks and may go by

different secret names. They depend on

the new technology, as described here.

However, the list of Universities now

working on HAARP causes me to think

that perhaps another group may have

picked up the development of the pistol

and/or the rifle.

the U.S.A.F. announced on 11-11-96 that

they wanted one billion dollars to mount

a LASER GUN in an airplane to shoot

down incoming missiles. I think they

meant a LASER RADIO RAY Gun - not

an optical laser.

BACK TO SERIOUS STUFF

The openness of their financial request is

rather strange because the U.S.A. has

revealed so very many former secrets

recently and because the U.S.A.F. has

been pulling the covers over HAARP

recently.

There is a good chance they are

developing a LASER RADIO RAY like

HAARP and not an OPTICAL LASER

for the airplane gun.

HAARP uses the IONOSPHERE to

aim its giant power. It's kind of like the

cowboy who was in a gunfight. His

enemy was hiding behind a barrel of

something. The resourceful cowboy

aimed his gun at the side of a stove that

was sitting at the side of the barrel. You

guessed it! The shot bounced off of the

stove and hit the bad cowboy wearing

the black hat.

The other smaller Ray Guns won't

depend on the IONOSPHERE. They

will aim directly at their target. Luke

Postulate: HAARP has the ability to

send LASER RADIO PULSED

COHERENT WAVES that bounce off of

the IONOSPHERE, effectively shunting

or shorting the massive electric current

in the IONOSPHERE. That brings the

massive current with the REFLECTED

LASER RADIO RAY back to earth.

That creates many lightning bolts that

hit a selected target.

HAARP uses the naturally occurring

massive electric currents that are

already present in the IONOSPHERE

by causing the massive IONOSPHERIC

currents to follow the ionization path

(sometimes called plasma) of the

reflected radio wave to the selected earth

The massive currents are not able to

travel back down to the originating

transmitters because the REFLECTED

RADIO LASER RAY energy is in the

form of a pulse which reflects off of the

IONOSPHERE and at that time has

already turned off and passed away

from the air above the transmitters.

The massive currents in the form of

lightning bolts must follow the HAARP

RADIO LASER pulse that ionizes the air

as it reflects to a target on the earth, far

away from the transmitters. The

HAARP RADIO LASER pulse travels

186,000 miles per second.

I have heard some speculation that

RAYTHEON/USAF has started a

project to try to tap the immense electric

current in the IONOSPHERE and use it

to power an airplane. The idea is to

deploy a long wire with an element

attached to the end so that electricity will

be collected and then used to run motors

on the airplane. Free power!

RAYTHEON has massive “HELP

WANTED” ads in the paper. That might

connect.

THE MONEY TRAIL

About $58 million dollars have been

spent on HAARP. There are plans to

spend another 200 million dollars,

perhaps even a billion. Presently, some

HAARP operations are financed by

U.S.A.F. work orders that are

confounded because the U.S.A.F. gets

the money from the U.S.N. (NAVY),

presumably to research submarine

communications.

The new billion dollar U.S.A.F. request

for a LASER GUN airplane project is

probably part of the HAARP project, or

it may be a spin off from it.

SUBMARINES HAARP submarine communications are

impossible because the Extra Low

Frequency (E.L.F.) signal made by

HAARP is so very tiny. How do I

know? The scientist told me so when he

learned I had been on a submarine

receiving those signals myself. I knew it

wouldn't work and we talked about it.

He said he thought the submarine story

was put forward to provide more money

for the secret project.

When the HAARP pulse nears the

IONOSPHERE it enters a nonlinear

attenuation zone. That causes the

primary signal to Heterodyne with the

the differential E.L.F.

If you are not a radio engineer don't even

try to figure out that paragraph. It took

me 40 years to be able to write that

sentence, with the confidence that it is

right. Just remember the E.L.F. signal is

so tiny it won't work.

I'm trying to write this so my BIBLE

students will understand most if it. But,

we all know that some scientific

engineers will also read this, and they

need more detail. Please try to hang in

SOMETHING QUITE

PRECIOUS

To make it more complex, HAARP

doesn't receive much funding directly

from the military.

Most HAARP money comes by way of

riders attached to congressional support

of Massachusetts-based Phillips Labs.

They work for the U.S.A.F. at Hanscom

Air Force Base.

Postulate: The U.S.A.F. gets their

money for HAARP through a complex

route in order to confuse the accounting

and hide the project from other

government oversight.

At this time the Congress continues to

increase funding for HAARP while at

the same time the Congress is decreasing

funding for most other programs.

HAARP must be pretty important.

COVER UP There are three major areas of cover up

involving HAARP.

1) Government covert agents from the

military arm of HAARP must hide

the money trail from other

government scientists and auditors

who work for the same government.

The strategic offensive war use of

HAARP must be hidden from

university scientists who work for the

same government.

Its a case where the left hand doesn't

know what the right is doing.

2. The second area of cover-up

involves the truth about the relative

safety of HAARP.

3. The third involves the covert

destructive military use of HAARP.

Department of Defense has the best track

record of spending giant sums of money

without accounting for it or even telling

similar career. The secret of having a long,

peaceful, productive political career is to operate

your country in concert with the international

themselves. That scenario could prove

did Soviet spies know about our new

RUSSIANS to want a ban on space

weapons is because we were way ahead

of them in the race for a space weapon.

BOMBS IN SPACE

At this point it may be good to discuss

why conventional weapons don't work

very good in space. Space is a vacuum.

There is no air in the vacuum of space.

Bombs need air to spread most of their

destruction. There are no shock waves in

the vacuum of space.

In a vacuum, a bomb won't even crack a

glass jar. So in space, a bomb must

explode much, much closer to a target to

do very much destruction at all. Most of

the destruction in space is due to direct

heat transfer; and heat doesn't transfer

very well in space. So the military has

been spending literally billions and

billions of dollars to find new space

weapons that will work well in a

vacuum.

Most new space weapons rely on

radiated heat. Some scientists are even

working on ways to suck heat out of a

target in order to freeze it, so it won't

operate.

I don't know if the younger generation

understands what we seniors mean when

we say, "The days of Buck Rogers are

here." We must learn to appreciate the

generation gap. Today's soldier must be

10 times smarter than the W.W.II soldier;

and 100 times smarter than the W.W.I.

Many years after the test, in 1993,

anonymous Strategic Defense Initiative

(S.D.I) researchers (read STAR WARS)

charged that at least one space test had

been rigged in order to supply a

successful result and that other data had

also been falsified by U.S.A.F. Caspar

Weinberger, defense secretary during

the REAGAN years, at first denied the

charges but later claimed that the test--

and perhaps the entire Star Wars

program--had been designed solely to

deceive the U.S.S.R., which was

1984 August 11, REAGAN made

remarks over the radio as though

the U.S. had bombed the

Soviet Union.

It was later called a joke. We have

been told, REAGAN made the offensive

remark on a radio test.

The reports are not clear. REAGAN

may have been speaking about HAARP

and our demonstration to the

RUSSIANS of the awesome destructive

power of HAARP. That's nothing to

joke about, especially when you are the

President.

Why did the media and the politicians

hush up that serious breach of protocol?

What is the possibility that it wasn't a

joke? What if the bomb REAGAN

spoke about was really HAARP?

THE JOKE?

"My fellow Americans, I'm pleased

to tell you today that I've signed

legislation that will outlaw RUSSIA

forever. We begin bombing in five

minuets." U.S. President RONALD

REAGAN, Aug. 11, 1984. Does that sound like a funny joke to

you?

There is good reason to think we

demonstrated the HAARP to the

RUSSIANS sometime between August

11, 1984 (REAGAN sick JOKE) and

December 19, 1986 (U.S.S.R. release of

SAKHAROV). We may have conducted

several different demonstrations to

convince the RUSSIANS that the

LIGHTNING BOLT storm wasn't a

fluke.

name of the star is called Chernobyl

(Wormwood): and the third part of the

The Holy BIBLE perfectly described the

Chernobyl accident.

His political dissent that landed him in

trouble was probably against earlier

U.S.S.R. leaders, and not against

GORBACHEV and/or YELTSIN and

their new policies.

A DEMONSTRATION

OF HAARP

A demonstration of HAARP to U.S.S.R.

leaders may have been sometime

around the December 19 release of

SAKHAROV. He was probably

released to attend the demonstration of

HAARP.

There may have been several other

demonstrations of our HAARP to the

RUSSIANS.

I have decided to search the literature

for reports of massive lightning strikes

and/or massive fires somewhere

between the "REAGAN BOMB

JOKE" August 11, 1984 and

December 1986 (release of

SAKHAROV - or a little later).

A discovery of a massive fire in a

remote RUSSIAN forest may help to

unravel the mystery.

The Chernobyl accident on April 26,

1986 is suspicious because it includes

reports of lightning bolts and because it

occurred within the suspicious time

frame. HAARP lightning could have hit

the Chernobyl power grid which in turn

could have caused a generator overload

that could have resulted in the burning of

the carbon blocks. A power grid is made

of the high towers and high tension wires

that surround all power generators. We

do know that the plant operators had

disconnected the generator trip circuits.

Find copies of the earliest reports of the

accident which may give tips of what

really happened. Government spin

doctors usually ruin reports after the

second day of any lasting event.

Please feel free to also look. I hope you

find something.

Postulate: SAKHAROV (father of

RUSSIA'S "H" BOMB) told the story

about HAARP to selected leaders from

his new official position.

That wasn't the straw that broke the

camel's back. It was more like the grand

piano that broke the camel's back.

1987, EDWARD TELLER, was the

codesigner of the U.S. Hydrogen Bomb.

He was a major proponent for the X-

RAY LASER which had been (up to that

point) the major element of the "Star

Wars" Strategic Defense Initiative

(S.D.I.). EDWARD TELLER visited

HAARP in Alaska soon after RUSSIAN

SAKAROV was released from prison.

SAKHAROV was the counterpart for

TELLER in RUSSIA because

SAKHAROV designed the RUSSIAN

"H" bomb, like TELLER designed the

"H" bomb in the U.S.A.

After TELLER's visit, HAARP was

removed from ARCO supervision and

turned over to the Phillips Laboratory,

a part of the U.S.A.F.. (Anchorage

Press, Vol. 5, Ed. 31/Aug. 1996)

Now we have the U.S. "H" BOMB

expert, TELLER, and the U.S.S.R. "H"

BOMB expert, SAKHAROV, taking

very active parts in their respective

governments.

TELLER connects HAARP into the

very highest levels of U.S. government.

It's logical and possible that TELLER

heard about our HAARP about the same

time we demonstrated HAARP to the

RUSSIANS.

Then in 1987 did TELLER high tail

it up to Fairbanks to take over the

HAARP and then make it part of his

Atomic Bomb Group?

Did TELLER assist in HAARP at

first?

Is TELLER a Johnny come lately?

Are there people in Fairbanks who are

burned at the take over from ARCO?

Did anybody loose a job or receive a

lower assignment due to the take

over?

I want to connect the above listed

HANFORD ATOMIC

LABORATORY into this story, for

what it's worth. When I was teaching the

BIBLE seminar in Washington state, the

location of the seminar was just outside

the gate at HANFORD.

A worker at HANFORD gave me a

baseball cap with the HANFORD

atomic insignia on it.

Without giving it a thought, I wore that

cap to the HAARP open house in

Alaska.

The HAARP scientists were more than

cordial to me. They were very open. Do

you suppose that they thought they were

talking to an agent from HANFORD?

At the time of the hat presentation in

Washington no one knew that I would be

inspecting the secret HAARP Air Force

Base in Alaska.

I'm not a spy. I'm a religious reporter. It

looks like our GOD set things up so the

Christian community can know what's

happening.

If you get a chance to see the T.V. show

about HAARP you will see my Hanford

baseball cap.

If you believe that our GOD set up the

whole scenario, like I do, then you will

apply deductive reasoning to the whole

story and deduce that I was just an actor,

chosen by God, to act out a predestined

part. If you are still thinking

scientifically, then your inductive

reasoning has to be pretty weary, tired,

and stretched very thin by now.

SAKHAROV performs the same service

to U.S.S.R. by also connecting HAARP

into the very highest levels of the

U.S.S.R. government as did our

TELLER. Remember, both are fathers

of the "H" bomb.

Postulate: HAARP got too big for

ARCO and the University of Alaska.

Edward TELLER moved HAARP into

the arena of Atomic Bomb experts at the

DoD.

HAARP is now a big stick for our covert

government to use to whip foreign

governments into our line. This

development can not be overemphasized.

We must learn and document all the

details.

on HAARP.

It may not have carried the HAARP

Industrial Complex threw them all in jail

after they developed the RUSSIAN "H"

Captain would have a few crew members

bury the treasure. Then he killed them

all in cold blood, to keep them from

By the way, in an economy move, the

U.S. Marines called up their civilian

reserve troops to fight the Kuwait war, at

the same time they were discharging

regular Marines who did not want to be

discharged.

1991 June 17, Alaska Airlines offers

scheduled flights to U.S.S.R. First from

West Coast.

1991 GORBACHEV repealed Article 6

of the U.S.S.R. Constitution (which gave

power to the Communist Party of the

Soviet Union, acronym C.P.S.U.)

thereby removing C.P.S.U. from

U.S.S.R. government.

GORBACHEV signed Strategic Arms

Reduction Treaty, acronym START.

1991 August, COUP D'ETAT - a

sudden decisive exercise of force

unseating the personnel of a government.

C.P.S.U. combined with the K.G.B., the

Ministry Of Internal Affairs, and others,

to put GORBACHEV under house

arrest, at his vacation home on the coast

of the Black Sea. Also, at the same time

Russian troops in tanks moved against

the "White House" in Moscow and

YELTSIN, but the Russian troops

refused to attack YELTSIN. That was

really a civil war.

Postulate: GORBACHEV revealed the

HAARP project and its devastating

effect to the select military and

government leaders who were against

him and his policies.

They then realized that the war with the

U.S.A. was over and that the U.S.A. was

now in control of GORBACHEV.

Some turned to become his friend again.

They ordered the troops NOT to KILL

him. They later began to support his

actions.

They then also had to support YELTSIN,

some reluctantly.

Remember, our General Haig rattled his

sword at the RUSSIANS and warned,

"We'll use our atomic bombs first." Did

the RUSSIANS believe that? It looks

like they did.

IONOSPHERIC reflection to hit a

target area, just like HAARP.

HAARP also has PHASED ANTENNA

As of 1991, there was only one more

technology that remained untold -

LASER RADIO COHERENT WAVE

PULSE RAY technology.

PHASED ARRAY ANTENNAS are

used on new airplanes. The U.S.N. uses

the new PHASED ARRAY

ANTENNAS for the new AEGIS

Weapon System. That improves the

precision of the target angular bearing

information by several magnitudes.

PHASED ANTENNA ARRAYS give

our new missiles and our new HAARP a

new pinpoint accuracy.

1991, December 15, Alaska Daily News,

major article on HAARP, millions of

amperes in the Electrojets that flow in

the IONOSPHERE sometimes touch the

earth and knock out telephone cables and

power grids. An undated clipping from

an Alaska newspaper says, "Light,

Explosion a Mystery. Fairbanks-area

residents were puzzled Wednesday night

by a mysterious surge of bright light

stretching across the horizon, followed

by a rumbling sound and earthquake like

vibrations. 'It was bluish and kind of

like a neon light. It lasted a couple of

seconds.'"

Check to see if HAARP was operating

on December 14th, 1991.

What makes these waters so very muddy

is that the word RUSSIA has two

meanings.

One, the name of a former country.

Two, the name of a local (big) state.

CIVIL WAR There was a bad fight between the state

of RUSSIA and other former U.S.S.R.

states such as Georgia. What did they

fight over? Who owned the military

tanks, airplanes, navy ships, atomic

bombs, etc. They are still fighting.

The state of RUSSIA seems to be

winning over the other states. It's a civil

war and it's not over.

Analysts greatly fear that U.S.S.R.

atomic bombs will fall into the hands of

Moslem Arabs. The Moslem influence

in the southern former U.S.S.R. states is

very large.

They favor the interests of the other

Moslem Arab countries over the interests

of the atheistic RUSSIA, whose hated

people used to rule over them. Now

they're free. The problem is that the

U.S.S.R. atomic bombs are now being

controlled by the Moslem states. There

is a good chance that LIBYA or IRAN

may purchase an atomic bomb from a

Moslem brother in a southern former

U.S.S.R. state, like Georgia.

HOLY WAR

RUSSIA is trying to turn their civil war

into a religious war. Cagey GORBACHEV.

Act like you want to give the glorious

church buildings back to the Christians.

Invite Dr. Robert Schuller, and other

noted Christian preachers like him, to

appear on RUSSIAN T.V. Make it look

like RUSSIA is returning to Christianity

long enough to get other Christian

nations to come help put down the

Moslem backed civil war. Use the

Christian nations to kill most of the

Moslem trouble makers.

Make the U.S.A. and England fear that

the Moslems in Georgia will sell Libya

and/or Iran an atomic bomb.

That should scare the pants off Israel.

That will polarize the whole world into a

religious war. That will help precipitate

a Shiite Jihad "Holy War."

What do the Moslems have against us?

Israel? Yes. Israel! We are Israel's

strongest ally. That's what the media

says. But, that's not their main gripe.

They call us the "Great Satan." Why?

USURY Our nation is sold out to charging

interest on a debt. It's called USURY.

The BIBLE is clear that USURY is in

the realm of murder. (Ezek. 18:13) Few

preachers in the U.S.A. and Great Britain

teach about USURY because the

Christians don't want to hear what the

BIBLE has to say about USURY

(charging interest on a debt). The same

story is true in Israel among the Rabbim,

with one exception.

Jews are allowed to charge gentiles

interest on money that Jews loan to

gentiles.

Moslems don't practice USURY.

Moslems don't charge anyone interest.

They believe that nations that charge

interest (USURY) are part of the

GREAT SATAN. What the media won't

tell you is that much of the unrest in the

mid-east is really about USURY.

The bad thing is that the BIBLE sides

more with the Moslems than it does with

us. A just GOD like YAHWEH is going

to make the U.S.A. pay for completely

ignoring His word in the matter of

USURY.

We went to the USURY banking system

in 1780. In order to completely have all

our GOD's blessings we must change our

banking system. But, our preachers

don’t know much about our money

history.

Tragically, our preachers won't tell the

church what our BIBLE says about

USURY. What a mess.

Here are some scriptures about USURY.

Exodus 22:25, If thou lend money to any of my people that is poor by thee, thou shalt not be to him as an usurer, neither shalt

thou lay upon him USURY.

Leviticus 25:37, Thou shalt not give him

thy money upon USURY, nor lend him thy victuals for increase.

Ezekiel 18:13, Hath given forth upon

USURY, and hath taken increase: shall he then live? he shall not live: he hath done all these abominations; he shall surely die; his blood shall be upon him.

ARMAGEDDON All prophets from all religions have

written about the soon coming "Holy

War." The Christian BIBLE , New

Testament, Book of Revelation, calls the

next war "Armageddon."

The RUSSIANS need a smooth cagey

leader to pull it off.

1992 1992 January, C.I.S. phased out the price

controls. In August the Russian (state)

bread went to 50 times January price.

1992 May 28, Global Positioning System

(G.P.S.) now available to civilian pilots.

In use by military since 1975. Why was

G.P.S. released at that time? We had

kept it from the RUSSIANS for a very

long time. Were the RUSSIANS judged

to be no longer a threat?

from 22,500 to 7,000 combined. Both

will keep submarine MIRVS.

deterrent force to prevent any nation

from launching a surprise attack against

If they do attack us, they know they will

Postulate: Why is our government

afraid that someone will spill the beans

about our HAARP?

The answer: A third world country can

now become a first world threat. Most

any third world country could develop

their own HAARP. HAARP is too big

for a terrorist to duplicate. But a clever

third world government could develop,

build, and conceal their new HAARP

from satellite surveillance until the day

they wanted to use it.

So, we could say that HAARP could

become a third world ATOMIC BOMB,

in a sense. That's a good reason to try to

keep the military mission for HAARP a

secret.

If we could have done it, it would have

been best to keep the atomic bomb a

secret.

Postulate: Back and forth, and back and

forth until the old hard liners got the

secret word about HAARP.

Then they quit opposing the changes

YELTSIN and GORBACHEV have

made. Why did they make the changes?

Because we told them we would hit them

with HAARP if they didn't change. The

Why does GORBACHEV keep an

office and a staff in California at the

present time? Is that part of a payoff? Is

the California office a safe heaven, if

plans go sour in RUSSIA?

This is disturbing news.

Postulate: We should be hearing about

fights between the New Central Banks

and the government of RUSSIA and/or

other states. Somehow, our U.S.A.F.

from assuming complete control of

RUSSIA (and the other former states of

the U.S.S.R.), as they have of us. This

should start the collapse of the row of

dominos (Central Banks).

This will allow the people to set up a

good righteous money system, not

systems whose money value is controlled

by the Central Banks.

The U.S. Constitution, Article 1, Section

8, makes our present Federal Reserve

issued money into unconstitutional funny

money.

The issue has never gone to our Supreme

Court because the court would have to

find against the Federal Reserve, the

They conduct the electricity in the

IONOSPHERE through the relative

vacuum of lower space to the top of the

thunderhead clouds. They are directly

Postulate: They are Mother nature's

AND THE SECRET WAR. The BIBLE has some things to say about

these events of the end times and the

coming millennium of peace.

Postulate the insertions and

explanations in the following annotated

scriptures:

Revelation 13:13, And the false prophet

(he) doeth great wonders, so that he

maketh HAARP lightning bolt (fire)

come down from heaven on the earth in

the sight of the men.

The false prophet is an anti-type of the

Holy Spirit. Both bring thoughts to

men. The false prophet brings bad

destructive thoughts to men.

Conversely, The Holy Spirit brings

good constructive thoughts to men.

Postulate as above:

Revelation 17:12-18, And the ten horns

(Horns in prophecy refer to ARMIES

and/or NAVIES, or military leaders of

nations. Now-a days we must

extrapolate and add the AIR FORCE.)

which thou sawest are ten kings, which

have received no kingdom as yet; but

receive power as kings one hour with the

beast.

13 These (Armies, Navies, and/or

Air Forces) have one mind, and shall

give their power and strength unto the

Antichrist (beast). (The Central Banks

control all governments and all military

in the world - for awhile).

14 These (Armies, Navies, and/or

Air Forces) shall make war with the

(Christ) Lamb, and the Lamb shall

overcome them: for Christ (He) is Lord

waters which thou sawest, where the

CENTRAL BANKS (whore) sitteth, are

The U.S. Air Force along with other

military powers will hate the

because they fought wars, bled and died,

serving the evil USURY (interest on a

loan) banking system.

They shall really become officers and

gentlemen when they use the new

HAARP to rid the world of the present

money system that makes the rich richer

and the poor poorer.

17 For God hath put in their hearts

to fulfill his will, and to agree, and give

their kingdom unto the Antichrist

(beast), until the words of God shall be

fulfilled. (Then, at the end, the U.S.A.F.

horns along with other military powers

will turn to destroy the Antichrist beast -

the Central Banks - the International

Monetary Fund.)

18 And the woman which thou

sawest is Jerusalem (that great city),

which reigneth over the kings of the

earth.

Jerusalem: Revelation 11:8, 18:24, and

Matthew 23:35-37 are the scriptures that

identify Jerusalem as being “that great

city.” Jerusalem will loose it's control

over the U.S. and the whole world.

Revelation 11:8 “That great city” 8 And their dead bodies shall lie in

the street of the great city, which spiritually

is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our

Lord was crucified.

Revelation 18:24 “All the blood”

24 And in her was found the blood

of prophets, and of saints, and of all that

were slain upon the earth. Matthew 23:35-37 “All the blood”

35 That upon you may come all the

righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar. 36 Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.

Jerusalem, Jerusalem

37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!

The CENTRAL BANKS control most

parts of all governments to different

degrees.

We are not talking about your local bank

or banker. They have no control of

international events.

The U.S.A.F. had to keep HAARP secret

from the CENTRAL BANKS,

according to the Book of

REVELATION. The result will destroy

the CENTRAL BANKS of the world.

That will destroy the evil world

governments. That will usher in the time

when this prophecy will be fulfilled.

"And the seventh angel sounded; and

there were great voices in heaven,

All military groups are bad when they

are destroying. They are good when they

try to keep the peace.

The U.S.A.F. is an enigma. It is as if the

U.S.A.F. is the head of an aggressive

alligator gone mad, and the Central

Banks are the tail of the same alligator.

We watch in wonder as the alligator

bites off it's own tail and eats itself up.

MORE MISSILES

The Holy BIBLE has some more things

to say about our U.S. missile system.

We learn from the book of Revelation

that a "beast" will come up out of the

sea. It will have 10 horns.

Revelation 13:1, And I stood upon the sand

of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of

the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

When we look at our TRIDENT missile

we note that it comes up out of the sea.

It has 10 Atomic Bombs (horns) that

ride on top of 10 MIRVS. Each bomb

(MIRV) can be programmed to go to a

different target.

One TRIDENT missile can carry 10

Atomic Bombs (horns) from a

submerged

Ohio class submarine, up out of the sea

and guide them into the interior of a

country like RUSSIA. Then it separates

into 10 different Atomic Bombs (horns)

which continue on toward their own

separate 10 targets. The submarine can

launch 24 such missiles in 20 minutes.

That's 240 atomic bombs.

Is it strange that the U.S. Navy's

TRIDENT missile comes up from the

sea, and has 10 Atomic Bombs, just like

the book of Revelation predicted?

We learn from the book of

REVELATION that another "beast"

comes up out of the earth. Out from its

mouth come three "frogs" that bring

destruction of fire, smoke and

brimstone. When we look at our Long-

Range MX missiles we note that they

come up out of the earth. They carry 3

Atomic Bombs (frogs) that ride 3

MIRVS. Each bomb (MIRV) can be

programmed to go to a different target.

Revelation 13:11, And I beheld another

beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

Revelation 16:13, And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

One MX missile can carry 3 Atomic

Bombs (frogs) from the underground

silos, up out of the earth, into a country

like RUSSIA. Then it separates into 3

different Atomic Bombs (frogs) which

continue toward their own separate

targets.

Is it strange that our U.S.A.F. MX

missile comes up out of the earth and

has 3 Atomic Bombs, just like the book

of Revelation predicted?

We also learn the name of the chief

missile in our arsenal from the book of

Revelation. The missiles (beasts) have a

king (big leader) over them. The

missile's (beast's) name is APOLLYON

in Greek - APOLLO missile in English.

Is it strange that the name of NASA's

chief missile is APOLLO, just like the

book of Revelation predicted about 2000

years ago?

Here are the references, if you want to

study them. Revelation 9:13-21,

Revelation 13:11-18, Revelation 16:12-

16. The Atomic Bomb is described in

Acts 2:19 and Joel 2:30. You need to

know that the word "pillar" of smoke is

the same as "vapor" of smoke. The

etymology of "pillar" is from "palm

tree," the exact shape of the Atomic

Cloud.

The main weapons of our country and

our century are described in the book of

Revelation. Most everyone has heard

about ARMAGEDDON, the last war.

It's right in the middle of all those

weapons and bombs in Revelation.

Is everything going according to the way

our GOD planned - or what?

What's the good news?

NO MORE WAR

Our missile systems and our HAARP

weapon will eventually force all nations

to settle their differences by means other

than war. That's a new idea. No more

war!

What's that got to do with the

International Banks?

World Book Encyclopedia tells us that

every war since 1776 has been financed

by the International Banks.

It implies that if the International

Banks did not want the war, they did

not loan the money for the war.

The power of war and peace is in the

hands of the International Banks,

not the countries or the rulers.

Wars create vast wealth for the

International Banks.

Without continuous wars,

appropriately spaced, the

International Banks will have to

fail.

How awesome! The improved weapons

of war will eventually keep wars from

happening. Without wars, a new

righteous money system will emerge.

This time the control of the money

system will remain with the people.

At that time you may save $10,000 for

the college education of your children or

grandchildren, and it will still be worth

$10,000 by the time they are ready to

spend it. Can you do that now, with our

present money system?

The Kingdom of God will have righteous

banks that do not promote war, or make

money from war. They will observe the

Biblical USURY laws.

How did HAARP affect the

International Banks? The secret war

between the U.S.A.F. and RUSSIA did

not cost a drop in the bucket compared

with the cost of a regular big war.

A war between the U.S.A. and RUSSIA

should have been approved by the

International Banks, according to the

World Book Encyclopedia. But, it

wasn't.

The HAARP war eliminated the control

of Communism over RUSSIA. The

International Banks did not make any

profit from that secret war.

A whole nation as big and powerful as

RUSSIA was forced to their knees, and

the International Banks were left out of

the picture.

One U.S. Central Bank leader was

reported to have lamented, "We've lost

control. Everything is out of control."

HAARP is the first worldly force since

1776 that affected war and peace, that

was not under the control of the

International Banks. Something new is

happening.

KEEP WATCHING

Will the U.S.A.F. admit what they are

doing with HAARP? No. Some might

loose their jobs. Some might loose their

heads.

Will our President admit it? No. Not

until it is politically correct.

Will our Congress admit it? No. They

don't know anything about it, yet.

Will the RUSSIANS admit it? No. Not

yet. Most RUSSIANS don't know

anything about it, yet.

We are living in a time period that

bridges the gap between the old age and

the new millennium.

your faith hope and trust in JESUS

THE MAN

David Ebaugh applies the tools of his

former occupation, engineering, to cast a

penetrating light on BIBLE prophecy.

His views and insights are novel.

Ebaugh started teaching the BIBLE on a

part-time basis in 1960, when he first

began to notice the double and parallel

key to the book of Revelation, which has

opened many other doors to scripture.

In 1968 he left his profession of

Electronic Engineering to devote full-

time to BIBLE study and teaching. He

was ordained to the ministry in 1972.

Formerly a submarine sailor, presently a

private airplane pilot, Ebaugh received

engineering training from the US Navy,

and received his engineering diploma

from the Institute of Electrical and

Electronic Engineers in NYC. He has

made significant inventions in

typewriters for IBM. He set up

production lines for missiles, and flight

simulators for an Aerospace company.

Ebaugh is a senior member of :

American Society of Tool and

Manufacturing Engineers,

Institute of Electrical and Electronic

Engineers,

Society of American Value

Engineers,

Institute of Industrial Engineers.

Ebaugh graduated from the Shortridge

BIBLE School in 1947. His full

financial support has come from BIBLE

teaching since 1968.

were married in 1950. They have four

The DAVID EBAUGH BIBLE

SCHOOL features the teachings of its

founder David Ebaugh.

It is made up of thousands of students

sensitivity to the leading of the Holy

Spirit are all emphasized. The school

believes that the Holy BIBLE contains

patterns and ideas that are supreme and

are the final authority. They are the

answers to the problems of life. BIBLE

study without the anointing of the Holy

Spirit is like a valley of dry bones. With

the anointing of the Holy Spirit, BIBLE

Study brings life.

The school expands due to word of

mouth recommendations of the students.

There have been no fund raising efforts,

yet.

A publication named the MONARCH is

mailed free to all students. The mailing

list is never sold or rented for any reason.

The cassette tape lessons were made

during actual live teaching sessions in:

1. Hershey,

2. Baltimore,

3. West Chester,

4. Washington, DC,

5. Harrisburg, and many other locations.

Material was edited and combined into a

final teaching cassette. This method

preserves the move of the Holy Spirit

during the meeting/lecture while

providing the best delivery on selected

HAARP LIGHTNING

FIRST COMING OF CHRIST

Most of the world is celebrating the First

Coming of Christ as a babe in a manger,

and they should. To celebrate His First

Coming my Christmas present to you is

this MONARCH on HAARP.

HAARP is an acronym for the High -

frequency Active Auroral Research

Program of the U.S.A.F. It is part of the

Star Wars, also known as the Strategic

Defense Initiative (acronym S.D.I.).

You may need to find some time to read

this over carefully while you can

concentrate on it. There is a good

possibility that there will be many

distractions that will make it hard to get

much out of this. A quick read probably

won’t do you much good.

There is nothing like this HAARP

MONARCH on earth. These details

may bring life for you out of death.

BELIEVE

Most of my friends believe that our GOD

is in control, and everything is happening

according to a great plan that was

developed more than 6000 years ago;

and was delivered, in parts, and at

different times, to many different

prophets of GOD. I believe that, too.

INTRODUCTION

"He has loosed the fateful LIGHTNING

of his terrible swift sword." Most people

will recognize the first stanza of Julia

Ward Howe's BATTLE HYMN OF THE

REPUBLIC. It's rather prophetic.

LIGHTNING

After listening to the lectures the United

States Air Force (acronym U.S.A.F.)

representatives gave in Alaska, I decided

that there is evidence that a U.S.A.F.

program called HAARP has developed a

way to bring lightning bolts down from

the sky upon selected targets on earth.

HAARP is a weapon of war like no

other.

HAARP has already been used to short

(shunt) the massive natural electric

current in the ionosphere, then

superimpose the current on natural Red

Sprites and Blue Jets, and direct it as a

massive lightning storm at selected

targets on the earth.

Our GOD provided miracles so that I

personally visited HAARP and talked

directly with the scientists face to face. I

held critical HAARP parts in my hands

for examination.

I am an engineer with training in

electronics, radio, T.V., computers,

submarines, space, and rocket science.

God gave me the wisdom, knowledge,

and 20 years experience to help you

identify HAARP questions and tie the

solutions into Bible prophecy. Presently

I am a Bible student and Bible teacher.

GREAT WONDERS

United States Air Force has already

MONEY AND GOVERNMENT

The willingness of our government to

spend massive amounts of money on

HAARP is because HAARP has already

demonstrated its effective use as a space

war weapon. HAARP is a government

covert operation about which you must

become informed.

STOP WARS

BIBLE prophecy demonstrates that

HAARP will eventually be used to

STOP WARS. The book of Revelation

and its frightening prophecies show how

HAARP will defeat the Central Banks

(and the International Monitory Fund)

and will eventually eliminate the evil

USURY system from the earth.

There are unsafe conditions and unsafe

HAARP operations in Alaska.

Science and theology are refreshingly

integrated in this view of HAARP.

THE SECOND COMING OF

CHRIST

My present overwhelming interest is the

Second Coming of Christ. As you

already know, the Second Coming of

Christ is accompanied by lightning.

LIGHTNING AND

THE SECOND COMING OF

CHRIST

For as the lightning cometh out of the

east, and shineth even unto the west;

so shall also the coming of the Son of

man be. (Matthew 24:27)

For as the lightning, that lighteneth

out of the one part under heaven,

shineth unto the other part under

heaven; so shall also the Son of man be

in his day. (Luke 17:24)

And the angel took the censer, and

filled it with fire of the altar, and cast

it into the earth: and there were

voices, and thunderings, and

lightnings, and an earthquake.

(Revelation 8:5)

And the temple of God was opened in

heaven, and there was seen in his

temple the ark of his testament: and

there were lightnings, and voices, and

thunderings, and an earthquake, and

great hail. (Revelation 11:19)

NOAH AND LOT

AT THE SECOND COMING OF

CHRIST

The Second Coming of Christ is likened

to the time of NOAH and the time of

LOT. (Luke 17:26-30) They were not

removed from the earth, they were saved

from the destruction. NOAH and LOT

both went through tribulation and NOAH

inherited the whole earth. NOAH built

an ark in the physical realm that

provided physical salvation for himself

and family.

A SECOND NOAH?

I wonder if a second NOAH is

prophesied in the scriptures? A second

NOAH to help us get through the coming

tribulation? Is that a new idea? We

already know of a second Adam. Jesus

said that John the Baptist was a second

Elijah. How about a second NOAH?

Someone to build something in the

physical realm that will provide an ark of

safety for us so we can overcome the

effects of the coming tribulation?

You are my second NOAH. You, my

faithful student, friend and supporter,

have already provided salvation for me

and my family in the physical realm by

your gifts. You are a second NOAH to

me. Thank you.

Perhaps this MONARCH on HAARP

may be the start of an ark of safety for

you and for your family. I may become a

second NOAH to you as I add my

technical knowledge to the facts already

discovered and listed in our HAARP

report titled GREAT WONDERS.

THE SECOND COMING LIKE

NOAH

JESUS told us that His Second Coming

will be like the days of NOAH. I wonder

if the days of NOAH will be exactly like

the Second Coming or if those days will

be somewhat like the Second Coming?

NOAH’s family needed him to help

protect them from water damage. He

did. Humanity was saved physically.

JESUS said it would be like that at the

time of His Second Coming.

NO MORE FLOODS

But, God wouldn’t allow another flood

to destroy the earth.

And I will establish my covenant with

you; neither shall all flesh be cut off

any more by the waters of a flood;

neither shall there any more be a flood

to destroy the earth. (Genesis 9:11)

The next great destruction will be with

lightning fire, thunder, hail, and a great

earthquake -- not water.

In addition to NOAH we had better study

LOT. LOT opened his home to angels of

God. We had better follow the patterns.

LIKEWISE IN THE DAYS OF LOT

Likewise also as it was in the days of

Lot; they did eat, they drank, they

bought, they sold, they planted, they

builded;

But the same day that Lot went out of

Sodom it rained (lightning) fire and

brimstone from heaven, and destroyed

them all. (Luke 17:28-29)

NOW RUSSIA ALSO HAS THE

HAARP

Recent reports indicate that RUSSIA

may also have the HAARP weapon. We

can easily see that HAARP lightning

will be the newest weapon of choice

between the two great super powers, the

U.S.A. and RUSSIA.

The HAARP lightning has already come

from the U.S.A. which is east of Russia

and struck Russia which is west of the

U.S.A., like the Bible said, “lightning

cometh out of the east, and shineth even

unto the west.”

There is a good chance the Russians will

retaliate with their new HAARP

lightning. That is when you may need

physical protection for yourself, your

family, and your house.

LIGHTNING RODS

Study lightning rods. As a boat was an

ark of safety in the past - lightning rods

may provide you with the ark of safety in

the future lightning wars. You may

soon need to protect your house from

lightning fire damage.

My high honor would be to give you

information in bilateral love that may

protect you. It may also save you in the

physical realm.

OLD FASHIONED LIGHTNING

RODS

Old lightning rods were little vertical

spikes that were fastened down the

length of the crown of your roof and

other high spots on the house or barn.

That old way draws the lightning too

close to your house. Many old church

steeples are drawing lightning to their

tinder box frames rather than repelling

lightning away. Newspapers often

feature pictures of church steeple fires,

started by lightning even though they

had old types of lightning rods. A

change is necessary.

NEW MODERN LIGHTNING

PROTECTION

The new lightning rod is a strong metal,

firm, self supporting T.V. tower,

installed about 6 feet away from your

house. It has big wires connecting it at

the base to three 6 to 12 foot ground

rods, pounded into the ground. To lower

the cost it may have a single vertical rod

with a sharp pointed top (for carona

discharge) reaching into the air about 7

feet higher above the support tower,

There are NO guy wires. Guy wires lead

lightning back into your house,

especially if one is fastened to the corner

or crown of your house.

HOW TALL?

How high? It depends on how much

area you want to protect.

Here is how to find how high your tower

should be to protect your house from

lightning. You will have to use your

imagination.

Place an imaginary inverted funnel on

the top of the uppermost vertical rod.

Now draw a line starting at the very top

at a 45 degree angle from the vertical

rod. As you view the tower you will see

an imaginary inverted funnel with 45

degree sides setting over the top of the

whole array.

CONE OF PROTECTION

Lightning that normally would

destructively strike the corner of your

house will be diverted by the change in

the electrostatic field produced by your

new tower. The LIGHTNING will strike

the top of the tower -- not your house.

Everything under the imaginary cone is

protected from lightning strokes. Things

outside the extended lines of the

imaginary cone aren’t protected from

lightning.

THE FORMULA

If the farthest point of your house is 50

feet from the new tower, and the height

above ground of the furthermost corner

is 20 feet, then the total height of your

tower and rod must be at least 50 + 20 =

70 feet.

Just to be conservative and safe, I

recommend adding a safety factor of

another 7 feet. That would make the

tower and rod 77 feet from the base of

the tower on the ground to the sharp

pointed rod top, in that case.

Want to protect a garage or some

outbuilding also with the same tower?

OK. The same formula holds. Measure

the distance from the tower to the

farthest point of the outbuilding. Add

the height of the farthest protected upper

corner of your building. Add a 7 foot

safety factor. Make your tower and rod

combination at least that high.

Get a good contractor to install your

tower. Follow all building codes and

check with your local building inspector.

Check on ROHN RTP series, self

supporting towers, 40 to 190 feet. Also

check on flag poles to see what is best

for you.
