TRANSCRIPT
This intensive, eight-week program incorporates research concepts and management
practices to provide high-potential professionals with frameworks for understanding
and improving leadership capabilities, the implementation of organizational changes,
and the management of human resources. The curriculum will cover three main topic
areas: leadership, which introduces participants to MIT’s Four Capabilities Leadership
Framework; organizational change, which focuses on the strategic, political, and
cultural aspects of leading individuals and groups within and among organizations;
and strategic human resources management, which approaches personnel and
human resources management challenges from the general manager’s standpoint.
The program combines the benefits of seminar discussions among representatives
from companies operating in the Greater Boston area. As a participant, you will learn
how to apply findings from the behavioral sciences to build stronger organizations,
and leave better equipped to lead change, organize for innovation, and manage an
increasingly technical workforce.
