Concept - Resort The Resort in complex is conceived to provide international

hospitality experience to residents of Royal residences and addvalue to their properties/investment.

The branding of resort property will be done with a internationalchain of hotels and interiors elements and design will be as per theirstandards.- 3 star category. The proposed brand is TULIP INN fromthe Golden Tulip Hotels & Resort Group.

Keeping in view commercial viability the centric theme will be tocreate more Common hospitality facilities and less Room inventorywith possibility to have expanded room inventory from royalresidences.

Resort building is planned in front portion of complex .

To Increase efficiency and minimize operational cost two interlinkedbuilding wings are conceived- One main block and 30 separate guestroom blocks.

Main block is planned in three levels. Ground floor is planned withFood & Beverage outlets and Guest check in facilities, first floor is forconferencing and second floor is for guest rooms.

Resort building is placed on contoured levels with separate entry togive landscaped beautiful islands look.
