b. AlcoholandSubstanceAbusePolicyi. 1.2II:“Theunlawfulpossession,useorabuseofalcoholisstrictly
prohibited…atanyuniversityevent.Nouniversitystudentisto…participateinauniversityactivitywhileimpairedbytheuseofalcohol.…Theuniversitycondemnsanyactrelatedtotheconsumptionofalcoholthatimpairs,interferes,orendangersthesafetyorenjoymentofothers,includingtheindividualwhochoosestoconsumethealcohol.”

IV. Anyandallissuesregardingateam’seligibilityand/ordisciplinaryactionsareultimatelyuptothediscretionoftheGreekWeekAdvisorand/orbasedonanyallegedviolationreferredbytheGreekWeekExecutiveBoard.
V. Otherthanpre-pointopportunitiesthroughtheCareerCenter,teammembersmustproperlycheck-inwiththeExecutiveBoardfortheirattendanceateventstocount.Ifateamdoesnotattendorparticipateinanevent,0pointswillbeawarded.
VI. IntheeventofatieinattendanceforthebreakoutsessionsofEducationNight,thefullamountofpointsforthehighertiedrankingwillbeawardedtoalltiedteams;foranyotherties,thepointsassociatedwiththetiedrankingswillbeaveragedandequallyawardedtoeachofthetiedteams.
