EU Green Week is the annual opportunity to debate and discuss European environmental policy. Organised by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Environment, this key event in the environmental policy calendar attracts policymakers, leading environmentalists, stakeholders, and other interested parties from across Europe and the globe.EU Green Week 2018 will explore ways in which the EU is helping cities to become better places to live and work. Showcasing policy developments on air quality, noise, nature and biodiversity, waste and water management, it will promote participatory approaches to urban development, networking schemes, and tools for sharing best practices, engaging local authorities and citizens, and encouraging them to share their vision of a sustainable future.We are happy to have you on board!

These Visual Guidelines present the basic elements of the main visual materials and should serve as a guide for local campaigners making use of the Communication Toolkit.

The Communication Toolkit contains the following elements:

• Campaigncomponents: EC Horizontal logo, EUGREENWEEK signature in all EU official languages

•Posters: Two generic posters with and without the call-to-action ‘Join the movement. Enjoy the improvement.’

3.1 EC Horizontal logoThe horizontal logo is a substitute of the standard logo in cases when the applicability ofthe standard logo is constrained due to space or aesthetic reasons.

4.2 Partner event Poster A1The Partner event poster allows you to add your identity at the bottom, as shown below.

You will find your A1 Poster in .pdf format already translated and ready for print, all you have to do is add your logo. These posters are available in all EU official languages.

4.3 Campaign poster A4This format can only be used during your event for magazines/publications. The actual look must not be modified, only translated. You will find in the toolkit an InDesign folder, in A4 format only in English.
