The equipment that we use in residences, makes the control and life easier, the houses which offer many details to us thanks to automation, are Intelligent Houses. They offer the users comfort, security and the economy of usage cost. The environmental intelligent houses, besides comfort, keep the effects of the houses fore ground. In these houses minimum waste formation was planned, regain and recovery of wastes were aimed to make use of them.

This extent is handled in a wide fan from the automation of standart equipment to the composing the energy and source of clean water fort he house it self. The aim of these automation of standart equipment is, directing the necessity of our daily life, like lightening, warming-cooling, security, entertainment, watering gardens etc. without wasting time, from one center and by using the orders that we give before. The system of Intelligent. Houses focuses on preventing in the place of solving after the bad event.

First of all life prevents the vital events like theft, fire or flood by using intelligent house. Before we use the system of Intelligent Houses the difficulties we live; warning, cooling, watering the garden, lightening are made from wherever we want and only with remote control.

In this study; importance of intelligent and environment houses systems in terms of life easier, careful use of a resource, environment protect and cost.. As part of this study a intelligent and environment model house is made too. As a result of this study, some suggestions are given in connection with to use of economic and environmentally friendly system in houses
