INFRASTRUCTUREAt present we have three Extrusion lines for produc t ion, which can provide large production of 5000 tones / Annum.

Ecoste's Production unit is located at Delhi-Sonepat Border, in a large area of 80,000 square feet . Ecoste team comprises of 100 dedicated team members.

Ecoste provides green products which are completely eco-friendly, and environment friendly products.

WOOD POLYMER COMPOSITE BOARD

Ecoste Wood Polymer Composite Boards are made from 70% of virgin polymer, 15% of wood powder and rest 15% of additives and requisite chemicals.

Ecoste Mineral Polymer Composite Boards are made from 70% of virgin polymers, 15% of mineral fibers and rest 15% of additives and requisite chemicals. Mineral also add dimensional stability and strength to the board.

Weight: The GRC Grill is almost more than double the weight of Ecoste Grills.

Finish: The GRC Grill are made in �xed mould's. Moreover, Ecoste Grills are made by German Computerised machines , and thus the grill are neat and precise.

Openable: The GRC Grill once installed in the shafts are not openable. However, the Ecoste Grills can be unscrewed and maintenance work can be done with ease.

Easy Installation: Ecoste Grills being light in weight ,they are very easy to install over GRC Grills.

Water Absorption: Ecoste Grill have a water absorption of 1 percent in 48 Hours, which is far less than the GRC Grills.

Waterproof: Ecoste Grill carry a lifetime guarantee for being 100% Waterproof. Moreover in case of MDF Grill swells when dip it in water.

Moistureproof: Ecoste Grill are 100% moisture proof can be directly used on the walls, which is always a risk in case of MDF.

Termiteproof: Ecoste Grills are 100% termite proof which MDF is not.

Interior/Exterior: Ecoste Grills can be used in every interior and exterior applications which MDF can't.

Paintable: Ecoste Grills being white in colour requires no paint in several interior and exterior applications.

Chemical: Ecoste Grills are 100% formaldehyde free and contains no hazardous chemicals, while MDF contains formaldehyde.
