Joseph Dibee: Tech-worker, and activist facing life in prison

For alleged involvement in ELF and ALF actions

including fires at Cavel West Horse Slaughterhouse, a US-Government Animal

Health Facility, and a Bureau of Land Management corral in

Lichtfield California.

Josephine Overaker: Believed to be living outside the US since

2001, faces charges relating to ELF/ALF actions including fires at two Oregon Forest Ranger

Stations, Childers Meats, a BLMfacility and a Boise Cascade office, as well as powerline

sabotage.Rebecca Rubin: BC animal advocate who has worked in

several animal rehabs. Facing extradition to the United States

in connection with alleged involvement in ELF and

ALF actions including fires at three different Bureau of Land

Management facilities, and a US Forest Industries HQ.

Suzanne Savoie

• Home-care worker and environmental activist facing 8-10 years in prison for alleged involvement in ELF-fire at Superior Lumber in Glendale Oregon.

• Currently out on bail in Southern Oregon.

Jonathan Paul

• Wilderness firefighter and well-known animal rights activist. Facing up to 25 years for conspiracy arson in relation to ALF-fire at Cavel West Horse Slaughterhouse.

• Currently out on bail (bond posted at

$700,000).

Darren Thurston

• Facing up to life in prison on two conspiracy counts and two federal ID violations. Alleged involvement in 2001 ELF action at Bureau of Land Management facility where there was an attempt to free wild horses and a corral was burned.

• Awaiting trial in a Portland-area prison.

Daniel McGowan

• Long-time social and environmental justice activist currently living in New York City. Facing life plus for alleged involvement in ELF actions including fires at Jefferson Poplar Farm, and Superior Lumber Co.

• Out on bail (posted $1.5 million bond) in NYC.

Chelsea Gerlach

• Portland-area DJ, and long-time environmental activist currently facing life plus 230 years in prison for alleged involvement in a half-dozen actions including fires at Childers Meats, Boise Cascade, a Eugene Police Substation, Jefferson Poplar, and Vail Ski Resort.

• Currently being held at Lane County Jail in Eugene Oregon.

Bill Rodgers (Avalon)

• “Certain human cultures have been waging war against the Earth for millennia. I chose to fight on the side of bears, mountain lions, skunks, bats, saguaros, cliff rose and all things wild. I am just the most recent casualty in that war. But tonight I have made a jail break -- I am returning home, to the Earth, to the place of my origins."

• Bill Rodgers committed suicide in his Arizona jail cell December 21st, 2005 after being accused by the FBI of involvement in a half-dozen ELF and ALF actions spanning a period of several years.
