Make sure you select the correct upload option:› Each submission is related to a work queue which are handled by

different areasEXAMPLE: When uploading a new Credit File for the Lender to Underwrite and erroneously selecting Condo Review – the Credit File will not be forwarded to the Underwriting area, as it is now queued for the Condo Review area.

Or

EXAMPLE: Uploading the entire file as a Credit file then resending the entire file again as a Credit and Closing. In this example both files have the exact same docs and the exact same page count.

Do NOT upload again with the correct option chosen. Either make a call or submit a one page document (with an explanation) as the correct upload

Condo Reviews – Clients should submit one page as Condo Review to get it into the pipeline if the Condo Review was uploaded as something different.

Appraisal – should be submitted separately from the loan file all of the time as an Appraisal File. Not submitting the Appraisal as an Appraisal File may make the document illegible.

The best alternative is to choose carefully and correctly the first time. We do have the ability to “correct” these types of issues internally – these types of problems will delay the loans or documents in getting to where they need to go.

BOTH IMAGE CENTRAL AND SFTPScanning resolution set at a minimum of 300 dpi

TIFF Documents should be scanned in black and white mode

Unless other arrangements have been agreed upon, all images should be scanned in a PDF, Multi-Page TIFF Group IV format, HTML, TXT or DOC (for all the documentation except Appraisal)

Imbedded JPEG in a TIFF format are not acceptable

Appraisal and photos are only accepted in PDF format

Single Page TIFF, JPEG, GIF file formats are not supported

Folder or password protected documents may not be uploaded or transferred

Image must be aligned vertical and top side up

Zip files are NOT acceptable for transfer
