Turn any trash into cash!

UNIQUE MOBILE PROCESSOR FOR MSW AND ORGANIC WASTES TREATMENT

WASTE UTILIZATION is a global scale problem

Global economy has and will always produce wastes. There is no any optimal solution so far for safe and cost-effective utili-

zation of MSW (Municipal solid waste). Landfilling, incineration and dumping of waste inflict irreparable harm on peoples’ health

and environmental well-being, and existing treatment methods are not economically reasonable.

HOWEREVER:Nowadays, even in case of use of highly effective modern advanced treatment systems, waste incineration still causes emission of highly-toxic furans and diox-ides. This harm is tenfold higher than the harm induced by gases from the coal combustion.

Based on UN report, 720 billion tons production and consumption wastes are produced annually.

Uncontrolled landfills and wrong waste utilization causes growth of oncology, contagious and air breath-ing diseases.

greenBLAZE features:

1234

Minimal feedstock preparation.

Substantial reduction of waste volume and mass.

Destruction of potentially perilous properties of treated materials.

Conversion of wastes into usable energy.

No harmful emissionsgreenBLAZE is equipped with sulphur removal unit and a generation unit of low-sulphur acid as a separate product.

Specially designed filters of greenBLAZE processor allows removing heavy metals from gaseous sphere.

Dioxides are not generated by greenBLAZE processor, since the temperatures in local oxidizing zone reach 1400 degrees. At the temperature of 1200 degrees the process of irrevocable decompo-sition of dioxides occurs and their production simply does not happen.

Generation of polyvinyl chloride are excluded due to release of chloride compounds via chemical processes, proceeded inside of greenBLAZE complex, notably production of nitromethane from chloroacetic acid.

Mobile and Movable Complex greenBLAZE on the basis of a truck vehicle

Rapidly erected waste treatment facility on the basis of 4 greenBLAZE processors

Turn your waste into income!

Mobile greenBLAZE complex has closed cycle, so it has no any negative emissions into atmosphere.

greenBLAZE successfully solves exhaust emission problem. As an ex-ample, exhaust of diesel engine, powered by synthetic liquid fuel is by

6 times less than EURO-4 standards of CO emissions, hydrocarbon emis-sions (CH) is 4 times less, emissions of solid particles (such as soot) are by 4

times less, and NOx is by 20% less.

greenBLAZE is a great solution for Northern countries. Use of syn-thetic liquid fuel can solve the cold start problem – engine, powered

by synthetic liquid fuel in nominal condition is easily launched at -50oC and even below, because synthetic liquid fuel carries higher temperature

properties.

Synthetic gasoline, generated by greenBLAZE complex, has a better quality as compared to conventional petrol because high octane num-

ber is reached by dint of greater part of cyclic and branched hydrocar-bons with properly-formed hydrocarbon bonds, but not aromatic hydro-

carbons as in conventional petrol. This fact substantially reduces specific fuel consumption and thermal engine load, significantly increasing service life of

internal combustion engine.

Sulphur content in synthetic gasoline is incredibly low. It has a great importance, because a lot of petrol in the world are produced with high

sulphur content. Thus, exhaust of engine, powered by synthetic gasoline is safer than exhaust of typical petrol, and such fuel can be a strong com-

petitor at the global oil-refining market.

As opposed to traditional fuel, synthetic liquid fuel has longer storage period – not less than 2 years.

Advantages of greenBLAZE technology

greenBLAZE is a unique unrivaled technology of MSW treatment.

greenBLAZE is based on modular principle. It allows ramping up production with-out heavy expenses.

All implementation configurations of greenBLAZE processor can operate on wastes, which are not subjected to special separation, i.e. mixing of wastes is al-lowed and leads to considerate cost cutting.

Configuration of greenBLAZE processor for synthetic liquid fuel generation allows producing various types of fuel – from synthetic gasoline with high octane number to diesel fuel, and the only thing required to change a type of generated fuel is greenBLAZE settings adjustment.

greenBLAZE processor is mobile and is not bound to any territory, it can be easily dis-mantled at any time and placed to another site.

greenBLAZE is multifunctional processor. Depending on the configuration, it is able to generate fuel, heat and electricity without environmental pollution and negative emissions.

Other types of MSW utilization and treatment (such as incineration or low-tempera-ture pyrolysis) has relatively lower indices of mineral extraction and inflict detrimen-tal harm on the environment

The plants are mounted directly on the site where they are meant to be used and they can’t be subsequently moved to another place. Dismantling of such plants are labor-intensive and requires heavy expenses.

Majority of the plants are designed for treatment of some particular type of wastes. Separation of waste is compulsory procedure before its treatment.

Analogue processors allow generating electric and heating energy indeed, but as compared to greenBLAZE, they are not designed for fuel generation. At the same time, plants designed for fuel generation are not able to produce electricity.

Production output is calculated on the project design stage. In case it is needed to augment the volume of treated feedstock, another new plant or long-term upgrade of existed plant is required.

Similar plants carry out MSW treatment into specific type of energy only. Rapid re-configuration of equipment is not possible.
