HIGHLIGHTS
• Finalizing EMS Supervisor position; interviews held November 18 & 19
• Additional medic position provided from the BOS as of October 1 has been filled
• Individual comes to us with over 30+ years in the fire/EMS field
• Hired additional part-time personnel
• Four medics
• Three EMTs
• Four pending part-time applications; two medics and two EMTs
HIGHLIGHTS CONTINUED…
• Most IT issues resolved at the new building
• Member of the recently established Training Facility Committee
• Met with Sheriff Smith
• Discussion regarding utilizing their conference room for Emergency Operations Center purposes
• Potential SWAT Medic Program
• Working with the 911 Center regarding Emergency Medical Dispatching Software/Protocols

• OEMS complaint has been cleared; no issue regarding the transport
