He stopped into Village Pizza for a moment and then encountered the RP at Court Sq. where she started yelling at him. I conducted a pat frisk for weapons on the involved male. There were no weapons on his person. He did have a backpack that was not checked.

Narrative: Spoke with caller who stated that drunk male approached her inside the bus station and she told him to get away from her. At one point he told her he had a knife and could rob her if he wanted. None was shown. None located when frisk. Not a PC at this time.
