Greens Power India is a registered company in Chennai and the operations are
coordinated from Bhilai, Chhattisgarh which being the Power Hub of the nation with
numerous Power Plants, Cement and Steel Industries provides strategic central location
for smooth Pan India operations.
Greens Power India is also planning to set up a in-house production Facility in
Chhattisgarh to supply these equipments as per National & International Codes and

Salient Features
Atmospheric Fluidized Bed Combustion is the most
common FBC boiler that uses preheated air at atmospheric pressure as fluidization and combustion air.
Coal Size 1-10 mm depending upon the fuel quality. AFBC Boiler is also suitable for other fuels like Lignite ,
Rice Husk, Coffee Husk, Ground Nut Shells, Washery Rejects etc.

Salient Features
The Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion Boiler is
designed to move a lot more solids out of the furnace area and to achieve most of the heat transfer outside the combustion zone.
Circulation provides efficient heat transfer to the furnace walls and longer residence time for carbon and limestone (sorbent) utilization.
The fluidizing velocity in circulating bed ranges from 3.7 to 9 m/sec.
Fuel size is larger than AFBC 6-12mm. CFBC boilers are generally more economical than AFBC
boiler considering operating Costs.

Grate Firing was the first combustion system used for solid fuels mainly for burning waste and biomass and also smaller coal furnaces.
Stationary grate Commonly used for small capacity saturated steam generation. The design is simple and compact which is easy for Installation, Operation and Maintenance.

Where there is sufficient heat in the exhausts gases a Exhaust Gas Boiler can be designed to produce superheated steam. This superheated steam can be utilized to generate electricity to reduce the overall operating costs. For diesel engine applications we can provide either single pressure boiler for process heating or Dual pressure Boiler for Combined Cycle Operation.
