Taylor has extensive experience providing advice and counsel on municipal finance transactions, including having served in roles as bond, underwriters’, disclosure, and issuer’s counsel. Mr. Taylor was previously Senior Counsel with the law firm of Locke Reynolds, LLP practicing in the Government & Regulatory Services and Business Services Groups. Prior to that position, Mr. Taylor was an associate in the Business Services Group at Johnson Smith, LLP, where he was responsible for the drafting of tax exempt and taxable bond documents. In addition, Mr. Taylor was employed by the State of Indiana Department of Commerce in the Business Development Division, where he was responsible for the attraction of new industry to the State of Indiana and the creation of new employment opportunities for the citizens of Indiana. Mr. Taylor has assisted small and medium size companies with advice and drafting of corporate structure documentation, assisted companies in the process of minority and/or women owned business enterprise certification, assisted companies with certification with the US Small Business Administration and certification with the Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise certification.
