from central London, the Grade II listed hotel is steeped in heritage and tradition. It is the former home of W S Gilbert of the internationally famous Gilbert and Sullivan
operetta partnership.

Wedding Ceremony
You have the choice of three stunning rooms that are licensed for ceremonies. These beautiful, feature rooms provide an elegant setting for your special day.
Often the ceremony will take place in the same room as you will have your wedding
breakfast, so, at the conclusion of your ceremony, you and your guests will be led to the lounge and gardens for reception drinks and photographs whilst our banqueting team
prepare the room for your wedding breakfast. The timings are a very important part of the planning of your special day so, before you book the Registrar, we advise that you come in to meet your Wedding Co-ordinator to
discuss the running order for your day to ensure that everything runs seamlessly.
There is a room service charge for civil ceremony bookings.
The maximum numbers for the ceremony are: Music Room: 88
Drawing Room: 40 Gilbert’s Restaurant: 60
Once you have made your provisional booking with us you will need to contact Harrow

We have three beautiful suites for you to consider, each has its own individual features and characteristics. Once you have an idea of how many guests you would like for your wedding breakfast, we suggest that you arrange to pop in and look at our banqueting suites to help
decide which is the best suite and package for you.
THE MUSIC ROOM The Music Room is an impressive suite, complete with an outstanding feature fireplace,
minstrel gallery and high ceilings ensuring that every word of your wedding day speeches is heard! Perfect for larger wedding parties you will not be disappointed with the magical
feeling you will get every time you and your guests enter.

Banqueting Suites
THE DRAWING ROOM The Drawing Room is ideal for smaller, more intimate ceremonies and wedding breakfasts.
Not to be outdone by the opulence of the larger suite, the Drawing Room has its own individual character and outstanding views overlooking the croquet lawn.

The hotel has an enviable reputation for the quality of its food and our experienced kitchen team have created a selection of dishes, using fresh, seasonal ingredients for you to select from. If you have a favourite dish, or would like us to adapt any of the dishes to suit your
specific taste please ask, we’re more than happy to help and advise you.
You will find all the menu choices enclosed as well as our Chef’s Top Tips! Shh… don’t tell everyone!!
Taster Evenings…
We are happy to offer you a complimentary menu tasting to ensure that you are completely happy with the choices you have made. Your tasting is based on two people and
is charged for at the time but then refunded after your event.
Please note there are some dishes not suitable for a tasting and we can discuss this with you before you make your booking.
Reception Drinks…
Your reception drinks will either be served to you and your guests following your ceremony, or, if you are having your ceremony elsewhere will be served upon your
arrival at the hotel. When the weather permits we will reserve an area in the grounds for your reception drinks. We generally recommend allowing up to an hour and a half
for your drinks and photographs.

Prosecco Mojito - Golden rum, sugar, syrup, mint leaves, lime juice, soda
Kir Royale - sparkling wine and cassis Bellini Cocktail - sparkling wine and peach liqueur

Canapés…
Due to the timings of the day some of your guests may have missed lunch! A few tasty treats will help keep hunger at bay and keep everyone happy until the meal is served,
meaning you can relax, your guests can enjoy the drinks reception and allowing you the time for your all important photos.
Canapé selection can be found enclosed.
Our Bedrooms…
There are 47 bedrooms ranging from stunning four poster, period suites in the main house to the private tranquillity of the Garden Lodge for your guests to choose from,
with room types to suit all needs, tastes and budgets.
All wedding parties receive a fantastic preferential wedding rate and as part of your package, you will be treated to a stay in one of our exclusive honeymoon suites, the
prefect ending to your special day.
