Your chance to walk amongst the grizzlies...

“Spending time in Alaska amongst the grizzly bears is definitely one of my favourite adventures...

Come join me!”

Photographing the Alaskan grizzly bear is definitely a life-changing

experience. The summer months for this species are all about food,

with the grizzly bear’s omnivorous diet allowing them to snack not

only on salmon, but also on clams dug up along the coastline, sedge

grass, berries and less frequently on carrion found by the bears.

With males often weighing over 600 kgs and standing at a height of

up to 3 metres on their hind legs, they are certainly an impressive

sight to see… And having the opportunity to literally walk amongst

them as we spend time in the incredible surroundings of Lake Clark

National Park, is an experience not to be compared with any other.

Reserve your space now and don’t miss out!

TESTIMONIALS:

I have been a hack photographer for years. Mostly shooting pic-

tures of personal trips. I couldn't pass on the opportunity to work

with one of the greatest outdoor photographers of our time. And,

ironically, despite his incredible success and talent, he is not only

one of the most humble men, but willingly shares his knowledge so

that I, among others, could grasp his passion. And regardless of my

experience or my equipment (or lack thereof), he showed me how

to graduate from simply taking a picture to creating a story with a

photograph. When others were being lectured by their photo

guides, Chris asked us what we learned today, praised our success-

es and suggested how to make our not-so-successful shots

better. When opportunities arose, Chris put us first - always. And

only when we felt comfortable with the shot did he take some of

his own. There were no textbooks, no classes, no lectures. There

were experiences that were captured and lessons learned from

those experiences with Chris's guidance.

Andy Fish, United States.

Thank you for such a wonderful

adventure. I have wanted to do

this trip for a long time and I am

so happy to have done it with

you. You are so kind and sensi-

tive to everyone’s needs and you

share your knowledge and exper-

tise so freely and willingly, I could

not help but capture spectacular

mementos of this trip. I cannot

wait for our group’s next adven-

ture together. I will be waiting

anxiously to hear from you.

Diana Frost, United States.

It’s been a fantastic trip – you

and Chris have done a really

great job as normal!

Zoe Davies, United Kingdom.

First up ... just wanted to let you

know how much the boys, Pete

and I enjoyed our time at Lake

Clark National Park with Chris. He

is an awesome tour leader, and a

lovely guy to boot. Great to

spend time with him.

Barbara Landsberg, Australia.
