Our anchors are typically fabricated onsite using techniques to ensure the highest quality. High Capacity Ground AnchorsSRG Global have developed in-house the highest capacity permanent anchors and longest anchors ever installed in dam structures. Our proven success is a result of our technology and its continual development which enables SRG Global to provide a tailor made solution for every project, be it anchors of modest or extreme capacity.

MonitoringThe design and installation of anchoring systems requires a high level of diligence if premature failure is to be avoided. Equally vital is testing and monitoring of any anchor system both before and after it enters service. SRG Global provide bespoke load cells for monitoring anchors to ensure effective performance throughout the life of the anchor.

Ground Anchor ManufactureSRG Global manufacture the majority of anchors for dam strengthening projects in-house. Depending on the size of the project most anchors will be manufactured on site and transported via specialised equipment to the final install location reducing logistical issues and transport costs.

Corrosion ProtectionSRG Global has developed a robust corrosion protection method which is unsurpassed and ensures the life expectancy of anchors is optimised.

Anchoring is a cost effective, sound and proven mechanism to provide restraint systems to dams and their auxiliary structures. SRG Global’s technology provides reliable and compact permanent anchoring with ultimate single tendon forces currently exceeding 25,300kN, with further developments progressing to even higher load capacities.

SRG Global’s achievements in permanent anchoring to dam structures are unsurpassed with an extensive portfolio of projects having installed hundreds of high capacity permanent anchors to many dam structures. We are innovators and industry leaders in the specialist field of high capacity anchors and have installed anchors over 142m in length.

SRG Global has the resources to test installed anchors of any size for compliance with ISO standards, even in the most difficult locations.
