H e h as be e n ope rating since 2000. Th e ide a of BART is to m ak e sm all ape rture re m ote l y controll e d te l e scope attach e d w ith w ide fie l d cam e ra. It is consist of low -cost com m e rciall y easil y availabl e parts. BART is control e d w ith spe cial designed softw are suitabl e for re m ote control and autonom ous ope rating m ode call e d rts2. BART is Me ade Sch m idt-Casse grainn te l e scope w ith 250m m ape rture on paralatic m ount Losm andy H GM Titan w ith Ge m ini GoTo controll e r w h ich is drive n via se rialport from th e PC. Mount is abl e of sl ew speed 6 arc- de gre e s pe r se cond w ith track ing accuracy ~ 1arcse c. H e is equipped w ith FLI MaxCam CM2-1 CCD cam e ra w ith fie l d of vie w 28.6x28.6 arc-m inute s and resol ution 1024x1024 pixel s and standard Joh nson BVRiz filte r se t for ph otom e try. Th e w ide fie l d cam e ra (FLI IMG6303) is m ounted on th e sam e m ount, it is Rubinar 1:5.6/500 w ith th e fie l d of vie w 2x3 de gre e s and re sol ution 3088x2056 pixe l s. Th e m irror for th e te l e scope h as be e n pol ish e d by Dr. Cyril Polase k in O ndre jov. D50 h as a sim pl e construction from iron tube s and l igh t sh ie l d m ade ofblack fabric. Th e re are tw o cam e ras on D50, NF (narrow fie l d cam e ra) and W F (w ide fie l d cam e ra). NF is FLI IM G 47-10 w ith com a corre ctor Te l e Vue Paracorr PSB-1100. NF is e quippe d w ith FLI color filter w h eel w ith Joh nson`s BVRI filte rs and FLI focuse r. CCD ch ip E2V 4710 h as 1024 x 1024 px w ith angular re sol ution 1.18 arcse c/px and fie l d ofvie w about 21x21 arc-m in.
