The Procurement Partnership Ltd (TPPL) have completed an OJEU tendering exercise in partnership with the North East Procurement Organisaon (NEPO) to establish a Procurement Framework covering the following Lots: - Lot 1: Grounds Maintenance Equipment including opons to offer spare parts and Maintenance contract services. - Lot 2: Plant Equipment including opons to offer spare parts and maintenance contract services. - Lot 3: Handheld Tools. This comprehensive Framework is available to Local Authories and the wider public/not-for-profit sector including NHS Trusts, Police Authories, Fire Authories, Leisure Trusts, Registered Social Landlords, Registered Charies, Schools, Universies and Colleges in the United Kingdom and government departments in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. This Framework is available to all current and future TPPL members. A list of TPPL members can be obtained from hp://www.tppl.co.uk/about- us/our-members/. The Agreement is also available to all members and associate members of the North East Procurement Organisaon (NEPO). A list of members of NEPO is available here hps://www.nepo. org/about and a full list of associate members is available here hps://www.nepo.org/associate-membership/list. How to access the Framework Mini Compeons: Where a member requires the supplier to develop proposals or a soluon in respect of a member’s more precise operaonal service requirements then members are able to award a call-off contract in accordance with the mini-compeon process set out in clauses 9.4 – 9.7 of the Framework. All mini-compeons under this Framework must be conducted by TPPL using the industry renowned Delta e-sourcing portal or via the members’ own electronic portal. The suppliers for each Lot are detailed on the pages overleaf. TPPL have set up the Framework and all suppliers on the Delta portal, enabling a fast and efficient turnaround of mini-compeons on our members’ behalf. If members intend to use their own portal please contact TPPL for suppliers’ contact details. Direct Award: Direct awards can be made based upon which supplier(s) offer the range of Equipment required by the member at the best price and quality. Call-off contracts can be awarded by members via direct award, without reopening compeon in accordance with regulaon 33 of the Public Contracts Regulaons and clause 9.2 of the Framework. For Lot 3 a Price List will be managed by TPPL. For clarity the Price List does not represent the only range of Equipment available for purchase. The price list is available upon request, please contact GM&[email protected]. Please email a copy of all mini-compeon or direct award enquiries to GM&[email protected]. This includes call offs conducted directly between a member and supplier(s). TPPL are responsible for monitoring usage of the Framework on behalf of NEPO, and undisclosed transacons through this Framework will not be recognised as compliant transacons by NEPO, or the agent (TPPL). TPPL are able to advise on and conduct mini-compeons or direct awards on behalf of our members, free of charge. Equipment to be supplied under this Lot includes but is not limited to; dumpers, loaders, rubber ducks, excavators (compact, mini, midi), tracked excavators, backhoe loaders, wheeled loaders, telescopic handlers. All types of industrial and all terrain fork lifts (gas, electric and gasoline). Wheeled excavators, skid steer loaders and all types of static mobile and vehicle mounted generators, access platforms (wheel, mechanical and vehicle mounted). Site cabins, site buildings, site toilets, site lighting, static and mobile platforms, air con units (static, mobile and mounted). Including options to offer spare parts and maintenance contract services.
