    Spoken announcement usually begins with saying ATTENTION,

    PLEASEor anything like that. In spoken announcement, you should speak

    clearly so that the targeted people can easily understand it. Besides, the

    information should be short and simple.

    Written announcement usually begins with the tittle or for whom theannouncement is written.

    a. Formal invitation

    Formal invitation is usually originate from university, companies, and a kind

    of it. Normally formal invitation is written invitation.Example of formal invitation :

    Sympathy isa process a person feelsattracted towards others, so that they canfeel what is experienced, done and sufferedby others.
