Effective Team collaboration, a competence that most employers looks for in its employees is also one of the fundamental goals of the University of Phoenix. Therefore, UOP allows its students to work on projects and learn in teams so they can cultivate the skills of being good team players.The following slides gives detail analyzes on the value of learning team collaboration.
