Athletic Development Program

Athletes come in all different shapes, sizes and ages. Everysport or performance-based activity comes with a different setof challenges that require specific training. Whatever you'repursuing, athletic development will prove to be a keycomponent.

Fitness specialist, Jonny Steckel, Certified Strengthand Conditioning Specialist, will be offering 6-week and10-week training packages beginning specificallydesigned to improve sports performance.Trainingprograms will be tailored to meet the needs of theathlete in their given sport, and athletes will have aclear understanding of the purpose of each trainingsession. exciting programs - individual swim lessons and swimteam environment classes.

Individual swim lessons are purchased in a 5 pack(30 minute lessons) for $150/month.The swim team classes meet Tuesdays andThursdays from either 6 - 7 pm or 7 - 8 pm,Wednesdays at 2 pm, or Saturdays at 10 am (youchoose which class based on your schedule). The costfor these classes is $160/month.
