This teamwork has pointed out the main differences among our countries (Northern Ireland, Hungary, Italy), as for a cultural approach to the problems and the choice of the target group for the Equal project.One of the most important things is to analyse, understand and identify the concepts before working with them.During our discussions we have discovered the different ways of understanding and treating problems such as: school systems in our countries and above all the differences in the use of the term “disabled” and retirement age.
