Ready to Start??Step 1

Visit the landlord property page

Click on

Step 2A huge pop up will appear. Don’t worry .

You just need to give a name to your group

You can use the property name or just a nickname. However,

we suggest using a name that reminds you of the property; you may create more

than one group!

Step 3A list of compatible room-seekers will appear, based on:•your perfect match profile , •personal preferences (budget, area, personal characteristics)

• other details

Browse the profiles and choose the

most similar to you.

N.B. Members need to accept your invitation!!

Step 4

This page allows group members to get to know each other, using the noticeboard, discuss the property and set the rent for each roomset a group viewing through the message/agenda facility

Step 5

If you want to check your group, go to my profile and click on group. You then have the option to:

Check your groupCreate a new oneAdd new friendsManage your group privacyUnsubscribe from the group
