Group Tours Are Our SpecialtyThe Corning Museum of Glass is one of the premier group tour attractions in New York State. From the moment your motorcoach drops off your group just steps from our entrance, your clients will experience a memorable stop on their tour. The Museum’s motorcoach check-in desk will get your group into the Museum efficiently, so you can make the most of your visit.
The Museum is new every visit, thanks to changing exhibitions of contemporary and historic glass. Our live Hot Glass Show is a great way to see how glass is made by amazing artists every day. Guided tours are available for an additional fee, or let your customers explore the Museum on their own.
At any point during your visit, enjoy a meal in our GlassMarket Café. You can choose from sit-down meals, buffets, or vouchers so your group can dine at their leisure. As a thank you for bringing your groups, we provide $5.00 courtesy cards to your drivers and escorts, which can be used anywhere in the Museum.
P.S. Ask about the combination ticket with the nearby Rockwell Museum of Western Art. Visit both museums and save!
• Daily Hot Glass Shows Now more live demonstrations than ever!
• The World’s Best Glass Collection Explore 35 centuries of glassmaking through nearly 50,000 objects—from a tiny glass portrait of an ancient Egyptian pharoah to larger-than-life contemporary sculpture.

• GlassMarket Shopping Find international glass treasures, and items at all price points. You’ll find original art, jewelry, housewares, ornaments, and more!
• Fun with Glass! In Make Your Own Glass experiences, all ages can get hands-on with glass to create a personal glass souvenir (additional fee; advanced reservations required).
• GlassMarket Café Your group can enjoy lunch or dinner at the Museum. We have group tour menus, or ask us about vouchers, which allow your customers to choose their own menu items.
• Great Location It’s easy to include us in tours that stop in the Finger Lakes, Niagara Falls, Pennsylvania Dutch Country, or Canada. Ask us for sample itineraries.
What Our Friends Are Saying cmog.org/groups
“I have brought several groups to The Corning Museum of Glass.
They are true professionals and understand the group market,
making booking a simple process, and providing groups with
an amazing experience once on site. My groups always do the
Fun with Glass program, and this appears to be a highlight of
their visit. I highly recommend The Corning Museum of Glass
as a must-stop if you are in or near Corning, NY, and be sure to
allow at least three + hours for an optimum experience!”

Fun with Glass
Upcoming ExhibitionRené Lalique: Enchanted by Glass May 17, 2014 – January 4, 2015This major exhibition brings together more than 200 glass objects, design drawings, and jewelry by French artist and designer René Lalique (1860 –1945). The works, drawn mostly from the Museum’s collection, are stunning iconic examples of the French Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods in which Lalique worked. Objects on view include unique pieces of Lalique’s early jewelry, perfume bottles made for major French parfumiers, automobile mascots, high-end vases, statuettes, and architectural glass designed for early 20th-century luxury trains, and wax and plaster molds and models designed by Lalique.
