Film Title: The Beast In MeSummary The Beast In Me is a character-driven thriller about a quiet student who
seeks revenge in odd ways.
Full StorylineJunior (17), an insecure high school student believes he has had enough of ones who bring him down. Mocking and teasing happening for 5+ years. He’s got a beast to release.
His world is crushed when his teacher expels him in front of his peers for a phone that went off during exam that isn’t even his. Junior plans and studies his whereabouts meticulously and is on the brink of rage. Over-whelmed, Junior gets caught doing this and is placed in a silent room for 15 days.
A school psychiatrist tells the teacher that Junior does not appear to have mental health issues, but could benefit from change in environment as he’s learnt his lesson.
Junior now released battles with a split personality. No matter how hard the psychiatrist tries to keep Junior sane. Nothing can contain the beast inside of him. (Written and directed by Zachariah Mwanza)
Opening Sequence
Opening sequence is a flash-forward to the final event of the film and then cuts to Junior in a classroom. Getting bullied.
