CONGRESSIONAL ART CONTESTThe Congressional Institute sponsors a nationwide high school visual art competition every spring in each congressional district. Supporting the artistic talents of our nation’s youth, the winning art from each U.S. district is displayed in Washington, D.C. for a year.

Eastman Chemical Company and Eastman Credit Union have sponsored this event locally for several years, providing gift cards for the winners and professional framing for those who placed in the competition.
