Line it up with the small

black triangles so that it

is centred and glue it

into place. (3)

Dont glue down the

thin tab yet.

You will need a pair of scissors, some glue and a glue

spreader. The best type of glue to use is white school

glue (PVA.) Youll also need three coins. A chop stick will

alos come in handy.

Print out the parts sheets onto thin card. Note that the

parts are marked front and back. Print out the front, flip

the card over and print the back. Leave the ink to dry

completely before continuing.

Before cutting anything out, score along all the dotted

lines. This job is easier to do on full sheets of paper.

Dashed lines are hill folds, dotted lines are valley folds.

Cut along the solid lines. Grey areas show where to glue.

Gently curve the two wide

tabs and glue them down the

two sides of the body inner.

Use a chop stick to help press

down the parts so they gluetogether neatly.

Glue together the body outer as shown above. (5-6)

Glue on the two body sides. (7)

Use a chop stick or coee stick to help glue them into

place.

Glue on the two shoulders. (8)

Fold round and glue the two tabs to the body

sides. (9)

Roll round and glue together the two arms. (10)

Glue the arm pull tabs to the inside of the arms.

(11) Line up the end of the tab with the crease at

the top of the arm.

For each arm thread the arm pull

tabs through both holes in the body

sides and out through the bottom of

the body.

Glue the arm to the shoulder. (12)

Assemble the head and glue on the

eyes (12-15)

Youll need three coins about this

size. UK 2p coins are perfect, they

weight 7grams each.

Wrap the three coins tightly in the

coin holder. Cut two strips of plain

printer paper 1cm wide and at least15cm long. Glue them to the coin holder.

Drop the coins into the coin tube with the paper straps

sticking out of the top. Glue down the thin tab

between the two paper straps.

Fit the body inner into the body outer.

Move the body outer to the top of its travel as in thepicture above.

Make sure that the coins are at the bottom of thecoin tube. Pull out any slack from the paper straps.

Use a dot of glue on a cocktail stick to glue the paperstraps to the inside of the body outer; front andback.

Cut o the excess with your scissors.

With the arms in the down position, glue thearm pull tabs to the bottom of the body.

Use your scissors to trim o the excess.

Glue on the heads and feet tocomplete the Grrrobot.
