Just as we do at our sister restaurant, Bistro Les

Gras, we strive to keep our money in the PioneerValley and the surrounding areas by using local

produce and meats whenever possible.

Along those same lines, we love making

everything fresh and in-house. To us, that is

what makes good food great. We makeeverything in house from our baked breads and

desserts to our mayonnaise, marinades and

sauces.
