poly-crystalline and vitreous.

The so-called "bio-soluble" fibers are chemically silicate (alkaline earth).

This insulation system is based on flexible mats made up by glass fiber textiles, ceramics, silica, etc., and an internal insulating ceramic fiber, rock wool or other materials, depending on temperature.

The system is self-supporting by stainless steel washers installed in their own mat.

This new system introduces advantages such as high energy efficiency and uptime, long life, custom design, applications (valves, flanges, turbines, etc.), absence of toxicity and high degree of cleanliness, fire resistance. Collective and individual thermal

protection systems tools.

Blankets off fires and curtains for protecting welding activities.

Special gasket.

Blankets for thermal treatments, etc..

TEMPERATURE: the insulation system has been designed so that it retains its characteristics at hightemperatures and can be used to 1200ºC, depending on the used materials.

HEAT TRANSFER: thermal conductivity at an average temperature of 200ºC is 0.06 W/m2ºC, being able to design the thickness of insulation required for specific losses in each application.

BURNING: the tissues that make up the mat meet the requirements of DIN 4102 and UNE 23.727.81.

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE: all components of the mats are chemically inert, having a higher resistance to acids, bases and solvents.

ExpansionJoints

Expansion joints are composed of one or more layers of textile materials such as silica fiber, fiberglass, insulation, teflon, stainless steel mesh, kevlar, etc. All of them arebased on specific working conditions such as temperature,chemical resistance ,pressure, abrasion, etc.

All the materials are free of asbestos and other products harmful to health.

For a correct and complete design is required the following information:

Dimensions of the duct and the detailed flanges

Fluid Temperature

Fluid velocity

Axial radial side

Types of fluid (air cleaner, abrasive, etc.)

Surrounding environment

Expansion joints are designed to absorb axial displacement, lateral or angular, where the fluid demand for insulation of high temperature (1200ºC) to avoid cold bridges.

The combination of pressure and temperature are key factors for the selection of the integral components of an expansion joint.

R.A.G. provides a wide range of expansion joints, steel and rubber compensators, both in standard sizes, as in other dimensions, a variety of displacement and intermediate sizes.

Monolithic insulation system for ceramic or soluble fibers made of an inorganic matrix and an organic Gelfoam.

The installation process combines bulk fibermaterial with inorganic and organic binder mixture to create the homogeneous foam.

The machinery installation projects this mixture through a supply hose on the chosen surface.

It is an installation technology that combines physical properties of the high compacting concrete on pneumatic shotcrete applications.

Sealing of HolesSealed with intumescent pillows, sealing of cable passages, with fillers andthermoplastic resins, sealing of fuel pipeline passages, with metallic chains, sealing of joint passages with intumescent strips.

Pillars and beams: Profiles IPE, IPN, HEB, square tubes, round, rectangular,trusses, etc ... To protect racks media piping, tanks and equipment supports in dry coolers.

Compartmentalized system especially useful in building rehabilitation, new constructions and to complement walls above false ceilings.

Continuous roof system for protection of installation and compartmentalization in general, considering action of the fire from the internal part.

System designed to prevent the spread of fire between sheds or other adjacent buildings separated by a dividing wall to give fulfilment with regulatory requirements, especially the Rules of Fire Safety in Industrial establishments.

Electrical cable ducts system against external fire and to maintenance of electric service for 90 or 120 minutes in case of fire, according to the cable type and location of the duct.

Protection system vents existing sheet, especially for rehabilitation works. Tested at four sides is assembled on a metal pipe with its own crashe.
