interactive multimedia (audio and video)streamed over the Web to deliver an engaginglearning experience. You have the ability tocollaborate with classmates and participate in

Two Easy-to-Use FormatsOur CSRS retirement course is designed so that you can interact privately

with the instructor via e-mail. Ask our retirement expert those personalquestions in guaranteed privacy.

Other courses are designed so that you have the additional opportunity tointeract with colleagues in instructor-moderated chat rooms, in order to get abroader range of professional experiences. Instructors monitor all courses sothat you have the opportunity to ask your questions.

T he GS Connect staff customized a program to train 600 Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)necessary to apply for Senior Executive Service (SES) status in the federal government.

The training took place over four days. GS Connect set up a live, online simulcast to outline theECQ writing process and answer questions from participants.Sessions were supported by the GS Connect Design,Production and Technical teams. Workshop-style trainingtook place in Washington, D.C., and at several EPAsites throughout the country. GS Connect planned,coordinated, designed and delivered the training. Thestaff also provided technical setup and support for thesimulcast and audience.

The GS Graduate School partners with theEnvironmental Protection Agency.
