Every society has cultural universal which refer to the element, pattern,trait or institution that is shared in all human culture throughout the world.Despite having shared the common culture universally, each society turnout to have many groups in conict. Group conicts include the conictamong groups within the same institution and the conicts among groups

from dierent institution. The question is what can be the reason whythere are so many groups in conict in each society, if every society holdscultural universal that is accepted and shared among the society itself.

s in !ambodian conte"t, conicts are li#ely to appear betweenemployees and employers. $ftentimes, employees are not satis%ed withtheir payment or wor#ing condition managed by their employers and thatwhen the conicts arise. $ne of the reasons that might lead to the conictis the unsatisfactory of the payment employees get. They might thin# thattheir salary is too little compared to others or it is not su&cient for themwhereas employers are not able to provide their employees as much asthey want. The disagreement between the two groups most of the timelead to conict among groups, employers and employees. Therefore, thereshould be a rational agreement among groups to minimi'e the ris# ofconict among groups.
