1. What is KPI? Why we are concerned about KPI?

KPI is the abbreviation of Key Performance Indicator.

During the process of GSM network operation and

maintenance, OMCR statistics and various tests are

applied to evaluate and quantify network operation

quality. The evaluation results are the KPIs we talk about.
