USE CASE Flight test in a private-owned technology mission, university satellite, or a government civil mission.

FIRST INTEGRATION Integrating the propulsion system into a platform of one of the key manufacturers (Thales Alenia, SSTL, ISS Reshetnev, or other).

Integration costs are negated by the discount offered for future GT-50 shipments.

The launch is paid for by the primary customer (payload owner).

SALES A contract to provide propulsion systems for a satellite constellation.

COST BENEFIT illustrated by Iridium-NEXT (Iridium Satellite LLC) example

Given the 181 satellite constellation, the overall launch cost

Might be reduced by 86М USD.

Significant reduction in spacecraft size while using electric propulsion is also to be kept in mind, which might result in further launch cost reduction.

With electric propulsion system onboard, each spacecraft would need 140 kg less propellant,

which reduces the launch cost of one satellite by 474К USD.
