Departmental Introduction - Store Room

• Effective inventory management

– Total quantity of fabric and accessories as well as the usage are recorded in the computer system

– Facilitate the management of storage to meet the urgent orders.

• Quality control management

– Inspect the fabric and take down the defects prior to the usage

– Minimize the wastage and maintain high quality.

Departmental Introduction - Sample Room

• Computerize paper pattern for making sample

– To ensure faster and accurate production

• Develop new design and approve the samples

• May suggest proper changes for the sample if necessary and follow customer’s design to ensure production cost reasonably during the actual production

Departmental Introduction - Cutting Section

• Computerized markers are used to cut out the fabric in order to minimize mistakes and have better control in consumption.

• The fabric consumption are recorded in computer system.

Departmental Introduction - Sewing Section

• One sewing team with 35 workers.

• Well trained workers on the production of both woven and knitted items.

Departmental Introduction - Subsidiary Factory

• There are eight subsidiary factories are

cooperate with us both woven and knit

products.

• The finalized work process including packing

for all sewn products will be completed in the

main factory

Departmental Introduction - Finishing Section

• Process the bartacking, sewing of button holes, buttoning and fixing rivet/snap/tack button

• Small size motif in heat transferred faked stones or prints can also be done in our own factory

• Work twice for thread trimming to minimize uncut thread ends clean

up the loose thread by using the thread suction machine

Departmental Introduction - Packing Section

• Iron the finished product by the vacuum ironing board to minimize water vapor remained on the textile

• Inspect the finished product twice before packing

Internal Quality ControlTo improve the product quality, we increase the man power and streamline the quality control procedures

• Sewing section:

– Production meeting hold prior to production with relevant staffs to remind them the importance of quality control and formulate the requirement

– Quality controller in each sewing team inspect each sewing procedure carefully

– Team leader supervises the sewing process and cross check measurement regularly

– Independent quality assurance implement randomly to ensure the quality meet the standard

•Production held in subsidiary factory & subcontractors

– Production meeting hold prior to production with corresponding supervisors to have better understanding and communication

– Quality controller inspects the products frequently

– Independent quality assurance implement randomly to ensure the quality meet the standard

•Finishing & packing sections:

– Each finished product is inspected twice before packing

– Quality controller supervises the finishing procedures

– Independent quality assurance implement final inspection to maintain the quality and fulfill the customer’s requirement and standard
