Choice: 3 SC coils wound inside a 5083 Al mandrel(cf. BaBar, Aleph) Rutherford type cable compensated in Al

Coil axially off-centre w/r yoke approx. 100 t axial forces Magnetic screening of DIRC PMT‘s (< 1mT)

Thin-walled iron doughnut + 1 correction coil Price tag: €4.6M (budget price Ansaldo, I)
