• Exhibit 2b provides instructions to complete each section of the PDS.
• The PDS is the key exhibit in the five year plan.– The PDS will be discussed in detail in a
separate session later today.

Exhibit 3 – Deferred Maintenance and Capital Improvement Distribution
• Use the definitions in Exhibit 1a of Attachment G to Complete Exhibit 3
• This exhibit displays the breakout of capital improvement and DM funds in the five year plan by weighting categories

• Use Exhibit 4 to summarize all five year plan projects by fiscal year
• Displays capital improvement and DM work by individual project.
• Insert a row for totals for each year on the 5-Year Plan
• Make sure that the total for each year equals the total provided by your bureau’s budget office
