2. Virtual Private Networks (VPNs)

or use opera browser's turbo button(disable itthen enable it if it dont work first time) ive justtried it on all the banned torrent sites and it

works

To access ET from UK use OPERA browser's built-in free proxy: Settings > Preferences > Webpages> Opera Turbo > ON ... works for all blocked sites,kat and TPB too! should work on ET 2

over at KAT, the Stealthy add on for chrome andfirefox is very popular, not only allowing access tothe most recently banned sites, but also allowingyou to sign into your account which a lot of"solutions" don't seem to allow.

Been messing around with proxies lately andsome 'what is my IP' type sites still nail me eventhrough Highly Anonymous Proxies - they give theproxy IP and then my real IP

Also I am plagued with "proxy refusingconnections' and 'connection timed out'!

Thanks for the Opera info. Just installed andactivated Turbo. This places me in France orSwitzerland. Although there is something directlyabout setting a proxy in settings / preferences /network / proxy.
