ACCESS TO STUDENT PORTAL & e-ASSIGMENT SUBMISSION
-Asian International College- e-Assignment Dropbox
Simple steps to e-Assignment Dropbox – i. all assignments must be completed in MS Word document format.
ii. on or before stipulated due date, students login to the Student Portal to upload the electronic copy assignment via the e-Assignment Dropbox button
iii. 3 weeks post submission due date, students can login to the Student Portal to view the electronically marked assignments with comments, attached rubics and ‘Assessment Summary Form’
iv. students need to print the last page ‘Assessment Summary Form’, sign it and collate it together with all further modules/subjects for submission to the college at the end of the course. The Student Support Office is readily available to assist any students faced with difficulty to use the e-Assignment Dropbox for the 1st time.

Step 1: Login / 步骤一： 登录
1) www.aic.edu.sg Student Login / 学生门户网登录
https://aic.aimsapp.com/studentportal/frmLogin.aspx （网站）
2) User Name用户名: NRIC/ FIN (Capital Letter/字母全部大写)
Password密码: NRIC/FIN8888 (Capital Letter/字母全部大写)
E.g./比如： S1234567R
S1234567R8888

4) Upload Assignment;
The portal is open till 23:59 on due day / 门户网上传通道在截止日当天 23:59分截至关闭
Only to upload M.S. Word Format; / 只接受MicroSoft Word文件格式，请勿上传 PDF 文件
Compile all assignment in one word document; / 请将作业整理在一个 word 文件中
5) After uploading
After sucessful submission, it reflected as Reupload Completed
assignment; which allows re-upload if you wrongly submitted a draft ,
incomplete work, or any other incorrect document
上传成功后，将看到如右图所示的文件；重新上传或更新文件可点击Reupload, 原上传文件将被覆盖；
6) What if I missed the due day of submission? /如果错过截止日期怎么办？
If you anticipate any problems with submission, please write at the
earliest opportunity to student support office for advice; The portal will be reopen for late submission granted; 在上传时遇到问题，如遇特殊情况不能及时上传，请及时通过书面方式邮件给学生处寻求帮助。批准后学校将再次开通学生通道同意学生上传作业。

7) Please download respective module Assesment Record form under Learning Resource, to submit together with assignemnt. 请在 Learning Resource 中下载科目考核记录表， 并将该文件插入作业中一同上传。
