1. Make sure you only have one Internet Explorer window open and you have logged out of NetOxygen.

2. Click Tools > Internet Options

3. In the Internet Options popup window Browsing History section click the Delete button

4. In the Delete Browsing History popup window review your settings so the checkboxes are set as noted below:

a. “Preserve Favorites website data” is unchecked and b. “Temporary Internet Files” is checked ( as shown below)

5. Click Delete and wait for Internet Explorer Message “Internet Explorer has finished deleting the selected browsing history” to appear.

6. When the Internet Explorer Message has appeared you can close the Internet Options Tool and log back

into NetOxygen.

Unsupported Browser Error

When you log into NetOxygen and receive an Unsupported Browser Message box you need to check the

compatibility view settings in your browser.

With the NetOxygen URL link in your address bar look for the page icon which will appear like a “broken” page. If your browser does not have this icon see the steps outlined a bit further on to fix this message.

Hover over the broken page icon to check for the message: Compatibility View: websites designed for older browsers will often look better, and problems such as out-of-place menus, images, or text will be corrected

Click the page icon and your browser will update. The page icon will still have a divider line but will appear as a different color.

Compatibility View settings for browsers without the page icon 1. Open your browser Tools from the menu 2. Select Compatibility View Settings and a popup window will appear. 3. In the Add this website field type in the mortgagemaster.com website address if it does not automatically

set. 4. Click the Add button.

5. The window will refresh and NetOxygen will appear in the list of Websites you’ve added to Compatibility View.

6. Close the Compatibility View Settings window and log into NetOxygen.

Blank Popups

When you experience blank popups on pages or receive a message from your browser that a popup has been blocked change your settings in the Tools Menu of your browser.

1. Select the Pop-up Blocker from the Tools Menu 2. Choose Turn off Pop-up Blocker

If you do not have the Tools menu visible in your browser select the gear icon

1. Select Internet Options 2. In the Internet Options popup window select the Privacy tab Pop-Up Blocker section 3. Uncheck the Turn on Pop-up Block checkbox 4. Hit the Apply button to apply the change. 5. Hit the OK button to close the Internet Options window.

Blank Page when printing from Doc Manager / Cannot access Documents from Document Manager

If you are unable to access documents in Doc Manager you will need to reset your browser from the Tools

Menu.

1. Access your Internet Options from the Tools Menu on your browser

2. In the Internet Options popup window select the Advanced Tab

3. On the Advanced Tab find the Reset Internet Explorer settings section and click the Reset button

4. Click the Apply button and OK button.

5. Turn off Pop-Up Blocker if the Reset has checked the Popup Blocker back to checked

(instructions above on page 7)

6. Close Internet Explorer, Save your work and close other open programs

7. Restart your PC.
