NICK WIMPERIS (left) is a talented REALTOR specializing in home sales in the fast growing

North East Metro. A devoted husband and father of three wonderful children, Nick is a lifelong resident of the north

east metro with deep roots in the area. He is commi�ed to his community and takes pride in the many strong

JOSH PELOVSKY (right) Outside of going above and beyond as a REALTOR, Josh enjoys hanging out in the wilderness fishing, hunting, or just enjoying a microbrew overlooking the scenery. He enjoys spending time with family, friends and his dog, Rocky. Josh grew up in Owatonna, MN, went to school in Duluth, MN and finally se�led in NE Minneapolis in 2008. Nick and Josh met in 2010 by chance and their relationship blossomed into a strong friendship through their love for the Minnesota Vikings. Although their business relationship went different ways through executive sales/sales leadership, they decided to ditch the corporate careers to pursue their "passion for people" while helping guide clients through the ever changing Twin Cities real estate market.

IN THE BEGINNINGVictory Home Team will work with you to prepare the listing documents and price your home competitively.

Bill Kraus, our Photographer and Aerial Drone Pilot, will coordinate with you the best time to photograph your home.

Sign install will be called in to RSI. They will call for utilities to be marked, which usually takes 2-3 days. After that has occured, the sign will be installed.

We will prepare the file to be uploaded to the Multiple Listing site (MLS), as well as design the Feature Sheet, order the sign and set up internet advertising.

There is always an Agent on Call - seven days a week - that has seen your property and can immediately answer email and sign call inquiries.

WHILE YOUR HOME IS LISTEDNick and Josh will monitor your competition with regards to price and strategize with you to make any adjustmets to price, condition, and marketing.

Reports will be emailed to you every Thursday.

All showings are set up through Showing Time. Buyers agents will contact you directly for any showing requests, as well as sending an email to us. We request feedback for every showing and will forward this on to you .

Contingencies on sales contract are completed in the proper time frame - Keeps offers on track.

Prepare CMA - to establish current market value - which means faster sale fo you, ne�ing more money, with the least amount of inconvenience.

Prepare sellers expense sheet - explains the costs of selling your home to help determine your approximate proceeds from the sale.
