From the Lugano train station, take the train to Rivera, where the Mount Tamaro cableway will take you up the mountain, surrounded by incredible breath-taking views. At the top, the kids can explore the three level suspended path winding through magnificent, century old beech trees, while parents can just relax and admire the view. Back down to earth, take a swim at the Splash&Spa aquatic park, unique in its kind. Backpack, bathing suit and you’re all set… Ready for adventure! Take the cableway from Miglieglia to the top of Mount Lema and half an hour later you’ll be rewarded with a spectacular view. The stunning scenery, which will accompany you on your hike to Mount Tamaro spans from Lake Maggiore, Val Maggia, Val Verzasca and Locarno to the north, while to the south the view spans over Lugano, its valleys and the Lake.
