The Plant Assist Manager (PAM) is our
innova tive software solution for creating
and executing workflows for filling plants.
These workflows are optimised and auto-
matically documented. As a result, your em-
ployees are safely guided through loading
and unloading procedures. The employees
are electronically guided through the work
processes, and have all the relevant infor-
mation available at a glance.

Simple digital representation
of processes
The Plant Assist Manager (PAM) digitally
depicts your work processes and supports
you in your everyday work. With the help
of the Plant Assist Manager, the induc-
tion time of your employees for complex
pro cesses is reduced due to the fact that
they are safely guided through the indi -
vidual work procedures.
Recording instead of notes
Handwritten order books are no longer
necessary and are replaced by electronic
shipping planning. All work carried out
is exactly recorded so that it can always
be traced who has done what, where
and when.
Reporting at the touch of a button
By pressing a button on the dashboard,
you will receive reports on all work con-
ducted and on all long-term evaluations
and analyses.
Increased reliability during operation
The reliability of order processing is in-
creased thanks to the automatic obser-
vance of specific directives in hazardous
goods law, for example regarding the
chamber calculation.
Quick deployment
You can implement the Plant Assist
Manager in this form for rail tank wagons/
truck tankers and container tank loading
without any great customisation effort
being required.

How The Plant Assist Manager WorksStep by step guide
The Plant Assist Manager supports you
with the representation of your work pro-
cesses and the linkage of manual and
automatic operations. The work of your
employees is significantly simplified on-site.
Order creation
The creation, management and user-
specific depiction of orders is easily pro-
cessed using PAM order management. All
the necessary information and documents
required for the order are centrally stored in
the Plant Assist Manager and can be added
to the order as required. Once the order
has been created, it is then checked and
approved. As soon as the employees recei-
ve the order on their end device, the Plant
Assist Manager not only guides the em-
ployee through the order step by step, but
also provides further convenient features
which greatly simplify the order processing.
Clear visualisation
Visualisation provides an exact view of the
plant, and by using it, the employees can
orientate themselves. The alarm manage-
ment also works independently of the
superordinate DCS, so that relevant alarms
only can be depicted and the superordinate
DCS is not influenced.
RFID/barcode technology
Thanks to integrating RFID/barcode tech-
nology, users are unambiguously iden-
tified and the correct order acceptance is
ensured.

The users connect with the central database via clients and therefore have access to all relevant data.
The connection between the system components can be carried out via WLAN or Ethernet, depending
on the purpose. The exchange of realtime data between any DCS/PLC and the PAM system enables
monitoring, control and archival.
