Guideline for obtaining Digital Signature Certificate (DSC): • Dealers who applied for the getting Digital Signatures in the Office of their Assessing 

Authority shall be covered under this Scheme. Dealers are requested to strictly follow, the guidelines for obtaining the Digital Signature.

Attach ID Proof  Attach Address Proof  Attach One Photograph at specified place on form  All documents should be duly attested

• Ensure that the form should reach to the above address latest by 31‐01‐2012. • After processing of application username and password for downloading Digital 

Signature would be mailed on the e‐mail ID specified in the application form. • DSC can be downloaded only once and in any case it can’t be downloaded again. 

Therefore, it is recommended to follow instructions for downloading DSC. • In case of any problem and clarification you may contact on toll free no.  • DSC will be issued by the vendor within 3 days from date of receipt of application 

form.  

 

Check List For Issuance Of DSC :

1. Application Form duly filled up and signed by the Applicant.

2. Name & Address filled in the Application Form are exactly as per ID & Residence Proof Attached .

3. Photograph has been affixed on Application Form and cross signed by the Applicant.

4. I.D and Address Proof Attached with the application are as per the list mentioned below.

5. Attestation of copies of I.D & Address proofs by Gazetted officers OR Bank Manager OR Post Master.

6. Address Proof is in the name of Applicant.

C. With the above document that the following condition will apply.

i. Validity of the Address Proof: In case of any utility bills like electricity, water, gas, and telephone bill, the recent proof, but not

earlier than 3 months from the date of application should be attached.

ii. Using single document copy to be used for both Identity & Address proof: This may be considered. However, if the address in

the Photo-id is different from the Address given in the application then a separate address proof will be required.

iii. All DSC requests to be made on receipt of application form from the subscriber and adherence to the requirements of the

Regulations & Guidelines, CPS, RA Agreement, and RA Manual. The process below is in no way a replacement to any of the

compliances thereupon. No issuance will be approved without receipt of applications forms along with its attachments.

4. If error is coming after click on submit button, it means your application is pending for verification or signature is

already downloaded.

6. Click on Yes and accept all messages. The messages may look like the fig shown below. Click on Install Button

7. Click on YES Button in each pop-up window until you seen the Continue Button.
