IITE-2010 Submission guidelines Thank you for agreeing to take part in the IITE-2010 Conference. Please check the regularly updated programme for the day and time of your presentation. Each session will be allocated two chairpersons responsible for introducing the speakers, controlling the timing of the sessions and facilitating questions. In order to keep the schedule and leave the room for questions from the audience it is very important to keep the presentations within the time allotted in the programme. The following guidelines will help you prepare your presentation and abstract/paper. Abstract submission: All participants are requested to submit abstracts by e-mail to [email protected] . Abstract limit is 2000 characters; character count includes title, authors, affiliations, spaces, title notes, and footnotes. Deadline for submission of abstracts is November 12, 2010. Presentation guidelines: Presentation should be prepared in PowerPoint format and submitted in advance of the conference in order to make the necessary arrangements for downloading your file onto the computer in the conference room. The number of slides may vary from 10 to 20 depending on the time allotted for the presentation, but should not exceed 20. Please submit your PowerPoint presentation by e-mail to [email protected] . Deadline for submission of presentations is November 12, 2010. Speakers are also asked to bring a copy of their presentations to the event on a CD or USB memory stick. Paper submission: Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings published after the Conference. All contributions must be original, should not have been published elsewhere and should not be intended to be published elsewhere during the review period. Papers are accepted in English and must be submitted in electronic form. Please note that the required paper length is eight pages (up to 2000 words). The papers should be formatted according to the template below (A4, 20 mm margins, 1.5 line spacing, font: Arial bold 14 for the title, Arial bold 12 for the authors name and section titles, Arial 12 for the text body, Arial 10 for organization, country, captions and references). Please submit your paper by e-mail to [email protected] . Deadline for submission of papers is December 17, 2010.
