Guidelines for Applying Badges Online

Step 1:

After receiving the email of Online Application for Exhibitor Badges and/or Overnight Storage Badges, please click the hyperlink to start the online application.


Step 2:

A web page will be loaded, please make sure the internet connection is good.

Click “Apply for the Use of overnight Storage Facility”.

If Exhibitors do not need the overnight storage service, please click “Apply for the Exhibitor Badges” to register for exhibitors badges for entry to the fairground. In this case, please jump to step 8 for the procedures afterwards.

Step 3:

The system has defaulted the company name and country. Please choose the number of overnight badges with maximum 3 pieces for one company. Then, please click “Next”.


Step 4:

Please input the correct badge holders’ information. Every column on this page is compulsory; please make sure there is no empty field before pressing the “Next” button.

Upload the Passport or Hong Kong ID copy with maximum file size of 1 MB.

Please also note that the photo uploaded should be in a size of 37 mm x 37 mm.


Step 5:

Please fill up the fields with red asterisk *.

All exhibits should be locked and sealed in a case not larger than 70cm x 60cm x 40 cm.

Please note that at maximum two cases per a 9 square meter booth will be allowed.

The contact person is for the emergency reference regarding to the storage.


Step 6:

Please double check the summary; then enter the corresponding Verification code.

Kindly read the terms and conditions and tick the agreement box. You may press “confirm” if all details are correct.


Step 7:

To continue the application for exhibitor badges (without photo), click “Yes, please continue”; kindly note that if an applicant has applied for the storage badge, there is no need for the same applicant to apply for the exhibitor badge.

Step 8:

Each exhibiting company will be given a limited number of badges according to their booth size(s).

Click “Add Exhibitor” to start applying for the first exhibitor badge.


Step 9:

To apply additional exhibitor badge, please click “Add Exhibitor”.

After input all detail for the applicant(s), please click “Confirm”.


Step 10:

Again, please enter the corresponding verification code.

Do not forget to tick the agreement box so that you could submit the application.


Step 11:

The message box will be shown as below which means that you have finished the online application of exhibitor badges.


Step 12:

You are going to receive an acknowledgment which will be sent to your contact email address to confirm that we had received your application of the exhibitor badges.
