No Educational endowment or Marriage endowment policy shall be financed if the same or part thereof is due for payment before the member attains 55 years of age. Policy must be legally assignable to the Central Board

Membership of the Fund. A vailable for Repayment of Loans to A gency for

housing Purposes as per Para 68 B(1) A mount 100% of balance in Member’s A ccount

(Both Shares) with Interest limited to Thirty Six months Pay+ DA of member or the Loan amount + Interest outstanding whichever is less.

Documents Required Certificate from the A gency or such

Documents indicating the particulars of the member, the loan granted, the outstanding principal and interest of the loan and other particulars.

O ther Conditions

1. Will be granted in O NE instalment only 2. Member’s own share of Balance to be not less than Rs.1000 3. The A mount will be paid directly to the A gency 4. The property should not be jointly owned other than with the

member’s spouse

declared that the calamity has affected the general public in the area

supply of electricity to a factory or establishment causing fall in member’s pay

Interest or Rs.300/- or Member’s monthly wages whichever is limit.
